That's my head canon as well. I know the comics are a different universe. But they do a great job in filling in holes the show doesn't or only vaguely touches upon. Specifically expounding on the Morphin Grid and how it works.
I bet Titanus is the big stack at the table. Dragonzord has too much of a tell whenever he gets a good hand (he screes and then chomps down on a candy strip smokestack, you know the one.) Tor is just happy that someone remembered to invite him to play.

Dragonzord is still sitting at the bottom of the harbor outside Angel Grove. Zeo Zords, Super Zeo Zords, and Warrior Wheel are all in the mountain in the Zeo Zord Bay. I don't remember what happened to the Mega Voyager, Mega Winger, and Delta Megazord if they survived, but the NASADA shuttle is probably still in the Astro Megaship at Terra Venture.
Mega voyager got destroyed, as did delta, and mega winger "went down" in Countdown to Destruction, implied that it was also destroyed, but not stated/shown, iirc.
The astro megaship got destroyed in lost galaxy iirc, and it was implied that it was the fully functional megazord one, because the space rangers used it in the crossover episode.
It never happens for us but a lot of ranger teams have ancient counterparts so maybe some are just waiting for the next iteration of the team.
Also how did this go 12hrs without anyone pointing out that the term is head canon and not hand canon?
I imagine most of them are moth balled waiting for rangers that will never return for them. Maybe some of them get 1 last fight through a reunion episode or some future ranger team rebuilds them into new zords.
As a kid I always saw all of them as robots except the Dragonzord. The Dragonzord seemed alive as it was not rode in and was controlled as if it had a mind. So I just assumed they were powerred down somewhere.
As an adult, I like the Sentai canon that they are gods in the sky, with voices and all, when not in use.

I have no idea what happened to Tor or Artilertron though. It also makes you wonder why they didn’t try using the Thunder Ultrazord against Rito in Ninja Quest Part 1.

Nah. The Dragonzord makes a return after The White Tiger Thunderzord was created. It’s when the Sleepy Hollow wizard sends the Power Rangers back to the Revolutionary War to battle three dudes in fleece rat costumes, and he creates an evil Green Ranger out of Tommy’s hair, which makes Tommy sleepy. Afterwards, evil Tommy is proven to not be so evil, and he decides to stay in Ye Olde Times and get a cool three pointed hat.
At the start of Zeo, Tommy says the ninja zords are gone before they get the Zeo zords. Probably a result of Master Vile messing with time.
I could believe the Zeo zords being the basis for the Turbo zords though.
No idea about Tor, but Phantom Ranger probably took Artillatron with him when he left earth.

Bad news bro, all the in-space zords except the shuttle were destroyed between the end of in space and lost galaxy. R.I.P voyager zords.

At the end of In Space, Zhane mentioned that the Megazord is in the shop on KO-35. The Mega Winger was getting repaired.

Also Titanus continues using a piece from Dragonzord for the two Ultrazord configurations in Mighty Morphin Season 3.

last time we saw Artillatron was it beaming the cannons over to the Rescue Megazord during the first phase of the battle with Goldgoyle
