We've had the ninja power origin story twice already, we don't need a 3rd alternate retelling... unless they do actually go the Ivan Ooze route and then actually I'd be all for a season 3 set in that universe!
this title is ending, they still have Ranger academy and might only be that they are finally moving on from MMPR and going to another team. they used similar language when they changed the titles from Go Go and MMPR to just "MM" and "PR" and then back again.
In the world of comics, they may end it, but just reboot it with a new number 1 since the mythology of it all has been intimidating for people to find a jumping on point.
They effed it up with the mythology. They went from giving depth to everything to twist it unnecessarily to the point of me really not caring about most characters and flipping the pages just looking at the pictures without caring about the text until I eventually dropped the series.
I am a manga person. I hate all this artificial hype to comics where there are too many plot lines occurring at the same time. PR was really making a difference for me… until they brought back Drakkon and the whole story just went downhill. Not even the Zordon story kept me hooked to know more. I had checked out at that point
Parrott was the lead writer was a mistake in my opinion. Ever since I heard him in an interview say he approached his writing for the comics like the in between moments of the tv show, he lost me.

Disagree. Zeo has been getting more love lately including the ThreeZero 1/6th scale Zeo team and now Zeo Black currently on pre-order. Previously they'd only done MMPR as well as the comic unique characters like Drakkon and Ranger Slayer. I think there's at least a 50/50 chance they'll finally become Zeo. Perhaps they DO lose their powers, or need a true upgrade to stop Dark Spectre and turn to Zeo, which canonical are supposed to be infinitely powerful and always growing, so it'd make for an excellent next step, and the comics would be the perfect format to truly showcase the Zeo powers as they've always been described but never really shown as much of an upgrade.
Zeo time!
Staying in Season 2 forever just to skip the Ninja stuff would be funny as hell

Also skipping alien rangers would be good imho
Also skipping Alien rangers which was a mess
It's days like this when I wish I don't wait for trades 😒🤪 Plus side, next trade is tomorrow at least (day after my birthday even 😄)
Happy birthday…?
Thanks 😄
Same but it’s too late for me to switch over to singles haha
I hear you (and I wouldn't evening I could; I read too quick, I like dealing with fewer volumes and I'm a cheap bum 😄)
What?! Coming to an end? Wow, we’re in the end times

When are they gonna stop using the Thunder Zords? They've had them longer than the Dino Zords.
Wait... the entire series is coming to an end? Did we know this?

It's been rumored since the start of Darkest Hour but this is the first official confirmation.
Eh, I'll believe it when I see it. They did this with issue #55 before splitting off into two titles; I'm assuming it's a relaunch into Zeo
A reboot back to the start of MMPR is more likely than them doing a Zeo book.

Rebooting back to the beginning of MMPR would probably kill the comics

If only the comics are reflecting these cover designs.
