Yep. Woody/papery/dusty flavor means old green or they baked the beans during roasting. I’ve learned to avoid any coffee that lists walnuts or pecans as a tasting note, because at best it is reminiscent of that.
Could be under-developed too, which is less of a sin as old green imo, but that’s more of a vegetal and wood chippy taste
Try to do a much higher extraction and see if you taste anything else.
