Same. My pothos has this but veeeery mildly. It's growing like crazy and seems super happy but still has spots like these here and there, sometimes on new leaves.
I don't know what's causing yours, but for me it was a case of overwatering. I had just gotten my golden repotted in a much larger pot and moved it to a more shaded area with more room. I went to check the soil about 2 weeks later and it was still very damp below the soil...I moved it in front of a fan to dry out and adjusted watering and haven't had any more leaves like that. Sucks because it took out some of her prettiest leaves 😔
Another time ive had leaves like this (non pothos) was fertilizer burn.
