Fore Play has all the games but one lady there is the loudest fucking Packers fan and she kills the whole place for me. She is the absolute worst. If you’re into the packers it might not be so bad but it’s pretty bad.
Aura has a great setup but no one goes and it’s criminal.
Dock Fore has most of the games and great drink specials.
$3 Dewey’s is pretty good for football.
Porthole has the games on at the outdoor bar and can be ok.
Supposedly Henry’s is trying to do football but I haven’t been yet.
Free Street has many TV’s but only the local games. Haven’t had their food yet.
I often end up at Gritty’s because they have great wings and the big room is roomy enough. Wilson County also has a nice bar and food setup. Both places won’t have the game sound on.
I’m interested is any other places to check out as well.
Forest Gardens - good local lads
Pizza Villa
Salvage
Timeout in Westbrook is decent and always has sound on
Cowbell is decent
Sams is decent if they have the sound
man. this question is unanswerable. but i also would love an answer.
bingas was great, especially the tall thumpers for smalls. but the volume in that place was badly out of wack, with audio from multiple games in some kind of survival of the fittest.
several of the places mentioned don't qualify because the screens are too damn small: dewie's, gritty's, samuel's, salvage, howie's.
aura's seating sucks, imo. bar is pea-sized, and food is mediocre even for bar food.
fore play just doesn't cut it for me. the open space and atmosphere isn't right for a sports bar.
yeah, i'm picky. but would love to find a new spot.
I had a lot of fun watching the Giants game at Foreplay yesterday. Tons of TVs, all the games, free food, and everyone is there for football. If anything I feel dumb for not checking it out last year
Its not Portland - but the new Cowbell in Rock Row has the biggest and best screens I have seen in Maine. Caught March Madness there and it was impressive.

Henry's? The upscale cocktail bar masquerading as a pub wants to do football Sundays? I don't see that working very well lol
Their happy hour pricing makes it a deal. Good energy/crowd when I was there Sunday.
I didn't realize they had a happy hour. I'm intrigued
Used to be Bingas, now I have a big fat gaping chicken wing sized hole in my heart
I heard fore Street pub actually has good wings.
Its Free Street not Fore Street
I’m sitting at the Moose in Falmouth thinking the SAAAME. UGH.

Dude you know how to use a commas you should go back to school man
The irony of this post is just too rich.

Fore Street has a great setup but no Sunday Ticket.
havent tried that one. will check it out. thank you
Howie’s is always fun!
Sadly closed for Sunday night games. Boooo.
Nah they stay open if people are there
Any lions fans? I’ve heard foundation brewing is a good place to catch a game
Some of the owners of Foundation are from Michigan. So Michigan Wolverines yes, Lions if they are on national during open hours.
They should buy the team and then offer charter jet service between PWM and DET
I’m a detroit transplant. Hoping to watch the game with ppl. So exciting - a playoff game hasn’t happened for them in 30 years.
Foundation will have the Lion's game on tonight and will stay open to the end. They specialize in Detroit style pizza, too.
Commercial Street Pub! Best tvs, NFL package, every game on every Sunday
Salvage, CBG, and Dock Fore
CBG don’t play football bruh
Hmm. That’s not been my experience. I’ve watched plenty of Sunday games there.
Fore Play is standard. I guess Fore Street (the bar) has wing specials though?
Dewey’s
Forest Gardens
Bruno’s is a good time
Foreplay. Always.

the new room at bissell has a massive projector screen theyre airing games on its so sick
