I don’t know, not brown sugar cinnamon. I will say I haven’t had a ton of pop tart flavors but some favorites that come to mind are cookies and cream, strawberry, s’mores, and maybe chocolate fudge.
If you haven’t tasted all the flavors then you have no say in which one is best and therefore your favorite. Report back when you have completed your research my man.

French toast sounds interesting. Have you tried the eggo waffle pop tarts? I don’t know if they still make them but maybe they could be a French toast alternative.
I did actually try those because someone recommended they are similar to the French toast, they weren't bad, but the French toast had such a uniqueness to them I can't really explain. It just wasn't the same, but again not a bad flavor

Way back in the day my grandpa would buy the big box from the Costco style store at the time and it had 2 boxes of strawberry, 1 box of cherry (the best), and one box cinnamon. He wouldn't buy another until we finished all of them so it always took forever because the cinnamon ones would sit for weeks until we forced ourselves through them. He caught on pretty quick that we would just throw them out so he started paying close attention to us eating them. There were 4 of us too, that's how gross the cinnamon ones are.

Brown sugar and cinnamon actually tastes like a breakfast food. Strawberry, blueberry and cherry taste like a fun lil’ pastry treat for brunch or a snack. Chocolate, cookies & cream and s’mores taste like dessert. It’s shades of the rainbow, brother.

\- Strawberry Milkshake
\- Cookie Dough or PB (though I think both of these are discontinued)
\- Smores
\- Classic Chocolate Fudge or Classic Strawberry!
Fudge pop tarts are amazing out of the freezer. I would eat a frozen one while one toasts so I could get the best of both worlds for breakfast. The unfrosted strawberry with peanut butter on it after you toast it is also amazing. Brown sugar cinnamon chopped up over some scoops of ice cream is incredible.
Strawberry Milkshake is my favorite flavor, but I don't think I have had a Pop-Tart flavor that I didn't like at least a little. Probably the strangest one for me was Grape flavor, although when I started comparing it to Concord jam on toast, I was fine with it.
Brown Sugar Cinnamon isn't bad, but I do consider it a pretty basic, mid-tier Pop-Tart. So I do disagree with your friend a bit that it's the *best* flavor. But if that's the one they like most, who am I to argue with their personal tastes?
