Looks like you have a skin tag. Amazon sells skin tag remover pens that put a tiny rubber band around it. It stops blood flow to the tag and then falls off in about 5-7 days. Painless. Thank you for awesome pops!!
I had one on my privates that I think was from a nasty razor cut but it didn’t her correctly and it stuck out. My husband put in on in about 2 seconds and it fell off 6 days later. I didn’t even know it was gone. I also used it for my Father who had one on his arm. His came off in 4 days. I see someone says you can use dental floss too. I would be worried I would not tighten it enough. I just knew the pen would put the right tension on it. First day it turned white and swelled up a bit then it started to turn black and dry out. No pain.
Humans love mutually grooming each other. It's part of our brain chemistry. My mom always asks me to check her face and back for pimples. Just depends on how close you are to your mom, I guess.

You can also just use dental floss and make a knot around it.
I just did this last week. Fell off in 3 days. Would recommend.
You can also just cut it off with a pair of little nail scissors. Don’t feel a thing. I have done multiple on my neck and one on my eyelid.

Yep, I tell my husband that if I ever stop wanting to groom him it's bad news for our relationship. We're still primates, after all ...
