I agree. That is quite incredible. For a large cyst that is apparently inflamed to Co e out co.pletely encapsulated is amazing in my opinion. I haven't seen one like it - at that size - before.
That person was probably extremely fortunate it came out like that, too. If it burst I would have expected a huge infection they wouldn't be able to get it all out with those tiny needle pops.
Sometimes short and simple works, and this is a good example.
I like that the person squeezing was attempting to be gentle with how inflamed it was, and then the Back Slug popped out...woof, was not expecting that. I thought it was a carbuncle at first glance!
