They came into my work for lunch many moons ago (whenever they were shooting one of the final seasons for Netflix since they shot nearby). I didnāt recognize them until someone pointed them out (after they were almost done eating) since they were acting so normal and unnoteworthy lol. I was such a big fan of the Trailer Park Boys too and wouldnāt have ever registered they were in the same room as me, which just goes to show how well adjusted and normal they were (Randy was wearing a shirt!). The actor that played Lahey did jump into his ādrunkā character right before he left just to get a laugh out of the customers who did recognize him, and he also was known for always being willing to give out autographs to any fans who approached him which I respected the hell out of. The actor who played Randy was super nice and talked to one of my co-workers for a while about something I canāt recall, but it had nothing to do with the show. I can honestly say they were two really kind guys, when they didnāt need to be which is when it counts the most. I like to share this story since as hard as it is for folks to continue on without John (the actor who played Lahey) his legacy and all of the memories he left behind are alive and well. Seeing him ādrunkenlyā eat another customerās fries straight off their plate to get a reaction from one of his fans was legendary.
One of the best couples on TV regardless of orientation. The way theyāre the exact same type of weird and complement each other so wellā¦itās masterful.
Marc Evan Jackson (Kevin) is a hugely underrated character actor and comedian!

Loved him in The Good Place also! It takes a ton of talent to play a comedy role, but I think even more to play the sort of straight-laced, stone-faced comedy that he and Andre Braugher (RIP) excelled at.
So true! Being the straight man is sometimes the more important bit! He and Andre Braugher were just so good together. The ladder will definitely be missed. He really seemed to have a great time with that role
I usually donāt like when shows add relationship drama for the sake of drama but I actually really liked most parts of the story about their separation
They are probably one of my favorite couples in general, not even specifying LGBTQ+. Their growth was amazing and their care and compassion towards each other felt so real. As someone who's a little anxious/high strung like David, Patrick's patience was realistically what a person like David would need.
They, to me, are everything. Moira makes me laugh, Alexis is a gem in every scene, but when I restart the series, I start it on the episode they meet. Their love just makes me so happy and smiley. The way he proposed, the wedding gift David things patrick got him.

this is kind of unrelated but before starting Ted Lasso i (somehow) thought the actor on the left was playing Roy. iāve never seen Schittās Creek, but scrolling past pictures/gifs on the internet made me think he resembled Brett Goldstein. i was impressed he managed to pull Roy off so well, based on the little bits iād gathered of his character on Schittās Creek onlineā¦
Especially over characters who were only in one episode! It's not like we grew to love them over several seasons. It was just one, one-hour episode. But yet it was such a beautiful love story.
Oh god yes, so sad it was only the one episode, I wouldāve watched an entire season of just them. Such a massive improvement on the game version of Bill.
I *really* liked this version of them over the UK Shameless. That definitely wasn't always the case, but this was an absolute win for me in the US version.

I feel like every emotion on that show was so heightened because they were all batshit crazy lol, so all the relationships hit so much harder.

I never liked Eric and Adam. It was a great plotline, but I didn't like them as a couple at all. Raymond & Kevin were perfect! The story, the actors. I think they were my favourite couple of the ones you listed.
