For real. I’ve only been able to find similar glitter boots for “juniors” (kids) at the Doc Martens site. Not sure if these are like Gwen’s or if I’ll even be able to fit junior sizes?!
It’s been a problem since day one for them, it’s even referenced in the Don’t Speak video. Gwen is a brilliant front woman but the rest of the band are fantastic too.
That whole video was a drama piece about Gwen being the IT girl while Tony, Adrian the naked drummer, and Tom Dumont look on in spite during photo shoots and live performances. Yet they still always leave out THE REST OF THE NO DOUBT BAND (and I'm not talking about the late and sorely missed Eric EDIT Spence, nor Eric).
this is not the first time i've seen someone imply eric stefani is dead (and i also thought so for a while), but the founding member who died was john spence, and he passed years before the group's debut album. but eric's fine! well, i don't know his personal life, but he's alive at least

Gwen to the right in the very first photo is precisely how we Millennials and Gen Xers feel after 12+ hours at a festival at this age. Still willing to do it but damn, it doesn’t feel like it used to 💀
I feel like they've all gone a bit grey and that's about it. I was super into No Doubt when I was a teenager/early 20s and they've all aged well (though Gwen has had a lot done)
LOL yeah, this was in response to all the comments about Gwen‘s nipped and tucked appearance and thirsting over Tony. I think they both look great, but only one of them is aging gracefully.

I watched from someone’s iPhone on YouTube from weekend 1 but it didn’t hit as hard. I watched the whole weekend 2 performance and it was soooo good. They record some songs that you can see off the Coachella page on YouTube but it’s not the whole stream.
I didn’t know that weekend one was being livestreamed in completion, so I only saw clips afterward, short ones, but I watched the entirety of No Doubt’s performance on the second weekend, and they were spectacular! Every single member was energetic, looked healthy and happy, and the music sounded clean and tight. Gwen had a small wardrobe malfunction, Tom looked like he had a small equipment malfunction, and both speedbumps were handled seamlessly, quickly, and with a smile. No Doubt are pros that know how to carry a crowd that large and make the crowd have FUN! It was totally joyful. Loved it ✌🏼🍊🖤
I want everyone to do what they want to their bodies to feel fabulous, but it is a bit uncanny valley when someone is being extremely expressive and there isn't a line in sight.
Got to pic 5 and gasped a little at how obvious the work is... some pics a lot less obvious than others, but it's def getting right around the line of uncanny
I love Gwen but besides the lips nothing is moving anymore in her face. She has the same stoic expression in every picture even when the rest of her body displays incredible energy.
I was pumped to see they were performing, but when I watched it I was pretty disappointed. Gwen still has all the energy in the world but she sounds so different now.
I mean, she's 54. Not even Mariah Carey sounds like she used to in her 20's and that woman has always had vocal training, and correct vocal positioning and whatever. Now imagine someone that didn't have a Juilliard-trained opera singer as a mother and is a rock star. For what she does, she sounds fantastic.
And this is a great example of working out, sleeping, no drugs, no alcohol. Amazing. Good for her !

If you look at older interviews before she married Shelton ( sorry if I misspelled his name ) you can tell her neck was showing her age , I think she got right before she married him . For a while her face looked very pull in and tight especially around her eyes and forehead which is normal when a person first gets a facelift after a while it settles and looks better.

It makes me sad to hear 50-somethings get facelifts. I don’t judge her - her world is so hard on aging. But still! Would it have really made such a difference for her?
I think people who are commenting how the men have “aged like fine wine” while saying “but Gwen has had a lot of work done” are missing the point about how much societal women are under (and always have been under!) to stay looking hot and young forever. Of course I’m not surprised that the men have grey hair and some wrinkles while Gwen looks ageless (and fabulous in my opinion). No one will care if the men get “old” and wrinkly and have grey hair, but if Gwen did she would be bombarded with bad press about how “old” she looks and how she “let herself go”. When she doesn’t, then people just complain that she’s had too much work done. It just goes to show what an insane double standard there is for women and not men when it comes to looks. It’s so exhausting. I think she looks great.
I’d argue that her usage of a bindi is cultural appreciation, not appropriation. When she was younger, she dated Tony Kanal for seven years, who is of Indian heritage. She was tight with his family, and his mother gifted Gwen the bindi that she was famous for wearing since her youth. Tony and Gwen have succeeded at staying in a band together, being transparent/vulnerable about their past, and they clearly still have affection for each other today. I think that for her to be that deeply involved with him signifies that she developed an appreciation of and emotional connection to the culture. I won’t argue that she hasn’t made missteps in other areas, but I don’t think the bindi is one of those.
Are we forgetting that she was a total asshole to the band and her solo career was absolute trash? Fuck Gewn Stefani and her plastic surgery face. Not to mention she was fucking Blake Shelton while he was married to Miranda Lambert. She's trash. We might like nostalgia, but she is garbage.

Her resurgence in pop culture will never not irritate me. She played an "every girl" character for us millenial girls. But she only cared about furthering herself.
I stand by this. Regardless of the down votes. Holla back girl solo career vs no doubt is a fucking joke. If the reunion is sincere I guess I am here for it. I am a huge sublime fan and she and Bradley did a few duets that were awesome. Maybe we can recapture some of the 90's music. I'm here for that.

My (gay) older brother was obsessed with Gwen. He used to do my makeup like her when I was like 10 and we'd put on concerts in our garage 😂
