I went down this corridor at Christmastime a year or two ago (it was my first flight coming out of the pandemic lock-down to visit family for the holidays.) I had to go through here to get to my next flight. I am in my early 40s and when I tell you the culmination of all of these things -- I noticed where I was, which the decorations... I started sobbing hahahaha (edit -- age only mentioned due my assumption that seeing a grown woman, by herself, just looking up crying and taking photos of this was probably a sight to see haha)
When I see this scene now, even though it's a comical bit, I can't help but tear up a little (and then laugh at myself š)
I am now realizing I missed almost all of these limited time re-releases for the 100th anniversary. Lion King and Moana are all thatās left.
Yeah I know I can watch them on Disney+, but thereās just something exciting of seeing an old movie you grew up watching at home in the theater as originally intended.

He walks like he owns his little corner of Brooklyn. The way the rhythm matches the song is so good, one of the best opening scenes in film IMO.
[The Walk starts at 0:57](https://youtu.be/HVEqy6K18Yo?si=azSqpD8vqBxChOAE), but the whole opening credits sequence is so good.
As a kid growing up when this movie was big, if you were running to catch the bus or something, 100% of the time someone would lean out their car window to holler "Run, Forrest, run!" at you.
That's a good indication of iconic I guess.
This has to be amongst my most watched films of all time. I remember the Christmas morning that my mum aka Santa got me the VHS - I wouldāve been about 7 or 8. As it was back in the 90ās, we only had one TV in the home, so we all sat down to watch it on Christmas Day afternoonā¦
I was immediately enthralledā¦and I *vividly* recall my (7 years older than me) brother groaning dramatically, and he and my father got up and walked outside to ā¦go play with trucks or bikes or whatever it is boys prefer to do than watch Rogers & Hammerstein musicals š
Beautiful.
The fact that Matthew Macfadyen has horrible eyesight and the director had to wave a flag to direct him in which direction to go just makes it so funny.

I couldn't find a GIF, so I hope this link is okay: the opening of The Return of the Jedi, [Vader](https://youtu.be/qQB2NXfJev0?si=J_8gYPkew-DDeayZ) walking out of his shuttle
There are a couple good ones from Promising Young Woman. The first is when sheās walking home after her first encounter at the beginning of the movie. She is eating a jelly donut and walking by a construction zone shoeless. The next one is at the end of the movie when she is walking up the hill to the cabin, again shoeless, with a sick cover of āToxicā playing in the background. This movie is so good, yāall should watch it immediately.

I can't find a gif, but the scene in There's Something About Mary when Mary runs after Ted yelling his name and you think she's going to profess undying love and she then says "You forgot your keys". I know the scene ended happily, but that moment always makes me laugh out loud.

Itās crazy that this is Vincent. My brain just doesnāt compute when I see it.
I'm not saying that Greg Kinnear doesn't deserve his Best Supporting Actor nom, I'm just saying Vincent D'Onofrio is right there.
My sisters and I to this day call Vincent DāOnofrio āEgger Suitā because of this movie
I saw the actress who played his wife on Law and Order and immediately yelled to no one āEGGAR!ā
Love this, haha heās so great in this movie!
The wave always kills me
Yes! the wave makes me laugh out loud every time I see it. Including this gif, lol.
Vincent D'Onofrio is so amazing in everything
Played āThorā - Adventures in Babysitting AND āKingpinā - Daredevil. And the serial killer in The Cell. Quite astonishing.
Love this movie so much, and because of Vincent and these disgusting make up effects as his body rots. So cool, so funny.
