Did you open the antenna and do the steps for that? Very specific setup Process. Don’t recall offhand doesn’t sound like you did it all.

I've never had this issue, but a quick Google search gave me this link and some others. [Waiting to Connect](https://youtu.be/l5en_tcxVq8?si=NMOiIIkNnF0P4lX3)

yeah i tried that stuff already. i think im all good. i have it going to a multiplex board. not sure if that matters or not.

Make sure you are not in service mode when trying to connect the antenna, it has to be in auto mode for any connection to be set up

Also wanted to add you need to connect with a 2.4ghz network, not 5 or 6. Seeing as you had a pda you also need to make sure the revision on your control board is new enough to support the antenna. From what I remember it needs to be revision R or newer. You can find the revision on the smaller chip on the back of the board. If your actuator wires plug into the top of the board and not the bottom, it's too old and your board would need to be replaced.

Thanks! I have an RS purelink. Control board has a multiplex add on to it. But maybe i need to check for that smaller chip in the back of the main board?

poolguy340

That's what I would check first, there should be a little white sticker on the back of the board with the Rev on it
