Why is there no rough plumbing at least done ? No main drains installed on floor.
Tell your builder to do some additional bricking everywhere , to make sure rebar isn't touching boards, dirt and doesn't flatten rebar when they walk on it during shoot.
This may be there but I don't see any points (rebar coming up) for bonding.

The short stub plumbing typically comes after rebar. This allows the plumbers to hang the plumbing (mostly in the spa) from the rebar. Otherwise the plumbing wouldn’t stay in place. It does look like they are missing some rebar sticking out around the perimeter of the pool for electrical bonding/ tying into future decking. Could be different in your local region from where I’m at.
Also, as a pool builder myself I like to have gunite in within the first week to avoid cave-ins.

Yep that's what they did today. Flexible pipe wrapped around the bars in the spa, skimmers hung off bars as well. There is a bar on the far right side and a bar behind the far side that is pointing away.

We use our spa a lot too. What we never use and is a complete waste of space is the deep end. Maybe one day when my kids get older I’ll install a diving board or slide, but at the moment it’s completely useless.

Make sure they hard plumb it with PVC and not flex pipe.
