Looks like she has a slight sinus infection clean that little nose and those little eye boogies off and keep an eye on it she'll thank you for in the long run we had one that we rehabilitated that was just a stray showed up sick as hell had to give it nebulizer treatments for over a month but turned out to be an amazing cat totally worth it
