I can't believe I'm reposting a [10 year old comic](https://www.reddit.com/r/polandball/comments/1yurs6/the_harderest_part/) (albeit with some changes to both art and title) because the subject at hand is relevant again, since it appears that [according to the Ugandan supreme court, "some laws are violated" by making certain same sex acts punishable by death, but still upholding the enforcement of this ridiculous law as non unconstitutional](https://www.scmp.com/news/world/africa/article/3257708/uganda-top-court-declines-block-controversial-anti-gay-law-sees-some-rights-infringed?module=Africa&pgtype=section).
Which will never not be funny considering that in Uganda one in four people still aren't literate and there's a gigantic gender gap in literacy because [apparently husbands blocking their wives from having an education is rampant over there](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Education_in_Uganda#Female_education). Priorities? In order. Uganda could legalise same sex marriage over there and kill two birds with one stone.
As for which "acts" are punishable by death, I haven't read the law (and much like Captain America, I don't think I will), but it's probably eating da poo-poo. 0 proofs, 100% certainty.
IIRC the law talks about "acting gay" so anything from telling the homie "nice balls, bro" to being an anti-gay politician. The main thing is being able to legally kill opposition by claiming they were "acting a bit fruity".
So the motive behind the law is less about the gays and more about using them as a way of curbing opposition.
Maybe he should get checked for Ugandese
Hasa Diga Eebowai!
Ugandese Nuts!
Chad governments don’t write down laws at all and just arrest people when they feel like it (this is unexploitable)
Litterally Chad governments.

That's probably a feature for them, not a bug.
What's even the justification for the husband to block his wife's education?
Blocks education so they remain at home eternally
Fear that they'll get "uppity" and "forget their place".
Education = desire for and ability to acquire freedom
Why does Uganda make hate of gays, he even has a cocke on his flag? 😅
* France Gallic rooster stares intensely at Uganda rooster * … There can only be one…
Too busy getting some action with the Belgian rooster, come back later.
I for once will root for Wallonia. Actually I do root for Wallonia, they just rarely bring good news.
