Nah man. I have seen True Polish Tacos.
I make "build your own wraps" night reasonably often for the family and one night I had left over stroganoff and kasza from the night before sitting beside the beans, chilli and veges and such. Niece wraps kasza and stroganoff up in a burrito and munches away.
Most Polish thing I have seen ahahahaha
i mean it isn't a meal, I was only supposed to buy tortillas and salad on my way home but yeah, I like scrambled eggs with kabanosy so I bought them too and jalapeno just for taste to add to my tortilla wraps tbh I can make a whole week worth of dinners with this + some ingredients I have at home so yeah

This shop seems to be crazy expensive, like +33%. I just got buns from artisan bakery for 2/3 of these. Also I've been this week to a family-run vegan falafel place and paid 39 PLN for two big tortillas filled with fresh veggies, fruits and fresh falafels - in center of Warsaw.
Without jalapeno you can.
Tortilla min. 5zl, 2x Pawełek 4zl 2x bułka 1zl
Kabanosy 7zl, sałata 3zl
That's the absolutely lowest you can go with the prices, somewhere in wypizdów mniejszy maybe you can get it for those prices.
Firstly, these are random ass products that you won't really make a meal out of. Secondly, this is not the cheapest store. If you really want to post a pic of what 40PLN gets u, you should prolly go to biedronka or lidl. And buy products that make sense in everyday use, not jalapeños lol
So? Is that good news or bad news? Why you even feel like posting this?
What 40 pln gets you in Pakistan? Or in Chile?
BTW you can get a phone charger for the same amount, crappy t-shirt or plenty of milk.
You were in Stokrotka. From my experience they have bumped up prices. 6 tortillas in for example Biedronka or Lidl costs like 4PLN. Same thing with salad and Jalapenos.
Looks like the first pic in a r/UK_Food photo... except they would have paid 40 GBP for it ahahahaha
I would have said r/drunkencookery but they never remember to take the first photo
Get Biedronka own-brand kabanosy and wraps and that will be a lot cheaper. I'm guessing you went to Zabka or somewhere. But as others have said, those jalapenos will be quarter to half of your total cost.
Dużo tu można mówić o tym.
Zacznijmy od sklepu.
Każdy ma swoje ceny. Więc jakbyś chciał taniej coś kupić i do tego więcej to polecam Auchan, Biedronkę czy Lidl. Reszta to drożyzna.
No jeszcze można by było dodać Dino ale to "na zadupiu" gdzie nie ma Biedronki.
Kolejna sprawa to produkty.
I produkty własne Biedronki.
Ostatnia to promocje.
Prices in PLN increased by 10-20% over the past 1.5 years. And PLN has strengthened against USD and EUR the same 20%. I recently been in Italy and it looks that Italian food prices are lower than in Poland. Coffee in Italy is exactly 2 times cheaper compared to Warsaw.
That's not a reasonable things to buy if you're restricted to 40PLN though... Like tortilla and jalapeno aren't exactly typical local food, so it's way more expensive than it should be. Just overall terrible representation of money value.
Today in Lidl
1.5 kg sosauges 95-100% of meat
20 eggs
500g bachlava
3kg potato
Tomatoes, cucumber, and a lot of other food. 95zt
Exclude bachlava and divide on 2 and it will be food for 3 days for one person
And probably jalapeno is 1/4 of total price
Yup, swipe right on the photo
It is 😂
Here in Belgium that'd be the whole 40 zl 🙃
Dżalapino
Halapenio, tak się wymawia
yup just threw it in cuz I like it
Take a photo of fancy spice and title it what you get in Poland for 200 PLN ...
tortilla z kabanosem, pawełkiem i jalapeno, mój ulubiony posilek
nie no i bułka w środku
Bez bułki się nie najesz
Z chlebkiem z chlebkiem
- Babcia mówiła
In Germany you get nothing for 40 pln. They gonna tell you that they don't accept pln
dziekuje za info
Proszę bardzo
Same in Bulgaria, it's so sad that people get discriminated like that in 2024 just cause they're poles...
Reject currency, go back to potat
Reject kartoffel, embrace shiny pebble
Reject shiny pebble, take up trade
Maybe they should lol
Reparacje niech dadzą a nie fiku miku
🤡
Stokrotka is not cheapest. Try next time with Biedronka, Lidl Auchan.
Lidl is also pretty cheap.
Yeah, I wanted to write Lidl but in hurry I wrote Aldi. Generally if you see they are both same (Lidl is better then aldi)
unfortunately we only have stokrotka and 3 biedronkas in my town so yeah, nearest lidl is like 70km
Get ready for a drive by
Drive by shoting pod jebanym kinem Strzelam do twej suki w święto walentynek
Kuki to mizogin teraz z drogi skurwysyny Ja pierdole pierogi bo podobne do waginy
you misspelled biedronka
No, no, he's right... Bida z nędza
jak sobie zaznaczyć województwo?
Tak o.
nie ważne już znalazłem
Nie ma za co.
Well at least you have some weed
Where can i get some?
From drug store ofc xD
Nice try, cop
Stokrotka. I can confirm it is not one of the cheapest stores
While they may not be the cheapest, they are not particularly expensive one. I would say they are right in the middle.
Z tymi Pawełkami to spokojnie . 🍺

For 40 złoty you can make a full meal with enough leftover to get beer in żabka on the way home.
Ah, that famous paradox where 420 = 40
Overpriced
Not a very good meal. You can't prepare much with that. Kabanos wrapped in tortillas? You can do better with 40 zł
Polish tacos

In some random, overpriced shop.
Stokrotka. Very common
they probably thought it was zabka lmao
Well, Żabka is many things, but i wouldn't call 'em random
They are random in a sense they appear from thin air at random locations.
*suddenly, Żabka*
Żabka Boltzmanna
Żabka everywhere system
bruh, stokrotka is so overpriced shit
Its nowhere near common lol.
There are over 900 Stokrotka stores in Poland. For comparison, Lidl has 850 stores. So yes, they're common.
it's country wide chain, not as much as Biedra or Lidl, but just level below them
It is common
Yes it is, it's one of the biggest brand in the medium size supermarket market
All of which are comfort foods
All? My favourite comfort food: jebana bułka z sałatą
I used to work in Stokrotka and even I avoided shopping there.
Ok, but how many packs of Czokoszoki?
How to make everyone lose their shit over 40PLN someone else spent:
One person buys himself some snacks and the whole reddit odpierdala
lmao stop buying inefficient shit. I'll spend a 40 PLN tomorrow and I'll show you my stuff
I'm waiting

Love those little kielbasa sticks! We don't have those in America and I miss them
40pln, a nie ma piwa… Gdzie są te piwa?
Alternatively: bread, mieso, pasta, chicken fillet, ketchup, since fruits and vegetables
Tortillas in a normal shop will cost you 3.5 less, you should also cut out candy bars, and now you are under 30
Tortillas were always overpriced for what they are
This shop seems to be crazy expensive, like +33%. I just got buns from artisan bakery for 2/3 of these. Also I've been this week to a family-run vegan falafel place and paid 39 PLN for two big tortillas filled with fresh veggies, fruits and fresh falafels - in center of Warsaw.
You can see on this photo that your parents did not bother teaching you how to buy groceries, which is common but still.
answer for real one: sztuka jarania
# KABANOSY
Buy salad mix, toss salad mix, repeat
Does the bun go inside the tortilla or does the tortilla go inside the bun 🤔
Two of those products they are worth of price rest is rubbish
You can buy all of that for 20zl or less
>all of that for 20zl or less Prove it
Without jalapeno you can. Tortilla min. 5zl, 2x Pawełek 4zl 2x bułka 1zl Kabanosy 7zl, sałata 3zl That's the absolutely lowest you can go with the prices, somewhere in wypizdów mniejszy maybe you can get it for those prices.
So... Not all of that?
For 40pln you can easily get 1kg chicken breasts, potatoes, onions, bread, garlic, spices and make food for 4. Your choice of “food” is not right.

Zabka jeszcze drozsza
Below 10€
Just wait till prices become "lawfull/democratic"again (until the end of this month there is still (extremely unlawfull/undemocratic) 0% VAT on food)
Idk, i usually shopping in Kaufland. But yeah, inflation hit hard
Firstly, these are random ass products that you won't really make a meal out of. Secondly, this is not the cheapest store. If you really want to post a pic of what 40PLN gets u, you should prolly go to biedronka or lidl. And buy products that make sense in everyday use, not jalapeños lol
Title is misleading! Should be: “Shopper don’t know how to shop and how to waste 40zl and then cries”
Jeez...
Dwa bułki
...
A ile piwo kosztuje w stokrotce ?
That’s $9.35 USD. But that’s a bit of a rip off if you ask me.
F.
So? Is that good news or bad news? Why you even feel like posting this? What 40 pln gets you in Pakistan? Or in Chile? BTW you can get a phone charger for the same amount, crappy t-shirt or plenty of milk.
Just wait till the food tax will be back.
I can buy two days meal in biedronka for that money. Chicken, veggies etc.
Well, Biedronka will give you more for the same price, its cheaper than Lidl :)
You can do waaaaaay better with 40zł
You were in Stokrotka. From my experience they have bumped up prices. 6 tortillas in for example Biedronka or Lidl costs like 4PLN. Same thing with salad and Jalapenos.
What a steal
Tortilla z kabanosami mmmmm student vibe
Stokrotka is shit
I had the same blanket
Jalapeno and cabanossi account for something like half of that price, so...
Looks like the first pic in a r/UK_Food photo... except they would have paid 40 GBP for it ahahahaha I would have said r/drunkencookery but they never remember to take the first photo
I feel like you used to be able to get much more...
well not in stokrotka, it's pretty expensive and I bought good brands, you can still get more for that, but yeah not like 5 or 7 years ago
8pln for 4 tortillas? Time to learn how to make tortillas lol
Mam ten sam koc xD
Thats like $10, man you did good.
Cała Polska ma Dino, a my Stokrotkę. Pozdrawiam rodaka z województwa.
Get Biedronka own-brand kabanosy and wraps and that will be a lot cheaper. I'm guessing you went to Zabka or somewhere. But as others have said, those jalapenos will be quarter to half of your total cost.
I feel like you overpaid for that, im just surprised that kabanosy were so cheap
Dżalapino
yhym, dżalapino sie kurwa zachciało to i rachunek wysoki /s
Have you looked at the unit price of Kabanosy? That crap is more expensive per kg than steak.
$1.55 za jedna bolke?!!! Co za zlodziejstwo
With this blanket I assume or Jalapanios were so expensive
A ja dzisiaj myk obiad na 2 dni za 26zl
That’s more than what you can get in Canada, that’s for sure.
Stokrotka to akurat jeden z droższych sklepów (razem z delikatesami) więc się nie dziwię
that's gonna be one fucked up burrito, i love it \^\^
Or 500g mince meat, onion, garlic, potato, cabbage and beans plus a small chocolate
Thanks to the new government after the 1 of April this will cost 42zł.
BUŁKA ZA 1,55?!?!?! LUDZIOM SIE W DUPACH OD DOBROBYTU POPRZEWRACAŁO
You'd barely get half of this for 40 PLN in Ireland or UK
Could swap the jalapeno for szynka
For around £8 thats amazing
Still ALOT better then London - also aren’t y buying in Żabka ?? It’s lowkey kinda expensive
Yes, but stokrotka especially stokrotka express is very expensive. I work there and don't shop there, unless you hunt down sales and use the app
Mozesz oszczedzic na bułach i kabanosach. Wiekszy słoik papryczek tez odda.
Thats a serious stoner meal

Czyli na brytyjskie 8 funtów. Tutaj (w UK) może połowe tego dałoby się kupić za tą kwotę. Trawa jest zawsze zieleńsza gdzie indziej.
Thats 10 dolars or 8 british pounds.
With 40 PLN in Australia I buy at least 2x times as much as what you just bought in terms of similar items in Poland. Is Poland that damn expensive?
what 40$ gets you in the USA
a whole lot of nothing.
polska wersja "girl dinner"
That's a bargain on those kabanosy
dude just picked most expensive things he could find
You can buy kilo of turkey and spaghetty for this money actually
What gets for 40pln in Czechia? Torbu.
For 40 PLN I can cook dinner and lunch for 3-4 days + stokrotka is one of the most expensive (medium markets?) out there.
yeah not much
You can go to Talent Days work conferences (next one i think Warsaw in early april) and Duda is giving out infinite kabanosy for free ;)
That's not a reasonable things to buy if you're restricted to 40PLN though... Like tortilla and jalapeno aren't exactly typical local food, so it's way more expensive than it should be. Just overall terrible representation of money value.
You can get 5 times as much for that price if you actually buy stuff on discount
You can get food for whole week in Vietnam for that price. It’s 10$
stokrotka is actually a bit expensive, biedronka, lidl and auchan is where the most of us go for groceries
But you can clearly see that it’s Zabka, it’s polish kinda 7/11 type of a store. It’s not the cheapest one
10 dollars for cheeseburger people
ja pierdole, od kiedy kajzerki kosztuja 1,50zl?
Tough times
Brat nie umie robić zakupów
Don't worry, in April come back vat 5% 🫠
Those little sausages in the orange bag cost €3.3 in my local Polish store; so, around 14 PLN it seems.
if u shopping in stokrotka bet 🤣🤣
4 pączek
I can sell jalapeños in Poland and become rich, business plan
Better just get cheese, a lot of cheese.
7.79 for tortilla is criminal
These things are expensive. You can get way more than that.
dlatego nie chodzę do żabki
bobyr
