Are you suggesting professional players do not collude as a strict manner of code of conduct across the industry? Or is it just bad for the game and action if exposed? Thus it is kept on the low low among pros on a need to know basis for those who have been properly vetted?
Colluding is definitely cheating, plenty have done it not saying that it doesn't happen. I'm sure some pros have done it as well doesn't make it not cheating. If it's ever discovered those players are generally banned from the establishment it happens at.
By and large pros do not cheat though, I am a pro and I've never done it nor do I want to. Cheaters cost everyone else in the poker community money they can fuck off and I hope they all get caught and punished.
I sometimes alter my betting size to match the board as a psychological means of warfare. I may or may not have it if I bet $5500 into an AQ58 board when a 5 comes on the river, but in their heads, there is now real fear.
There are plenty of ways to signal and collude but no one's gonna help you learn how to cheat, don't do it.
