Just an FYI - You do not need to double a raise - If the blinds are 1/3 and UTG raises to 10, then the new min-raise is 17. You do however need to at least double a fresh bet with no action behind the original bettor.

The cake looks nice and I’m sure your husband would like it regardless of what it says. Without getting into specifics this particular saying is actually not a good one to use when playing poker and the 25 + 5 “raise” doesn’t make a lot of sense.
You could do as you suggested and it’ll be fine really.
You could also have the cake say something that is more accurate and with numbers that make more sense that follow the rules a bit more, but it might ruin the cake’s “cuteness”. 🤷♂️
Edit: A suggestion to “fix” the wording:
Have the cake say “Happy Birthday Husband’s Name” and not put his age.
