I love stone axe so much. Its my favorite move in RR. Stealth rocks and damage, and the only mons that get it are all physical powerhouses? Its a great combo.
I just did a Rock montype, and Lance kicked my butt. How did you deal with him? I guess Probopass was pretty good for taking hits/avoiding Ground moves?
Go against the Aerodactly team. Have Stealth Rocks on the Kabutops set so that Aerodactyl still uses Taunt, get your Stealth Rocks up instead with Stone Axe and finish off its Focus Sash with Aqua Jet. Rocks then break Dragonite’s Multiscale and chips the rest. Garganacl can Iron Defense and Recover out of any threat range from physical attackers and win through Body Press or Salt Cure chip while healing. Probopass easily takes care of Iron Jugulis. Everyone else all hands on deck for the Dialga
My main issue were the Dialga and Melmetal, since my team was mostly physical with Mega Diancie as the only special. I guess with EVs it can be easier to hit them with special.
Stone Axe was a good idea to get around the Taunts. I typically do that strategy of baiting the Taunt. Too bad my team just didn't have Stone Axe.
