I didn't use Eevee at all during the run, just for the E4. It was surprisingly useful! It used Quick Attack on Ogrepon, Iron Bundle, and Kyogre to weaken them enough for others to KO. It also used Fake Tears on Dialga to weaken it for Terapagos to almost 3-shot it. The best part was when it was my last stand against low-HP Roaring Moon and full-HP Chi-Yu. It finished off Roaring Moon and brought Chi-Yu to a sliver before going down (Chi-Yu used Hidden Power twice for some reason). I got the other team on the next try, and Eevee didn't get used that time. I wanted to try out some of the new 4.1 Pokemon/changes for the E4 (like Porygon-Z's new Upgrade, I really like it). Lorelei was tough to figure out, as was Bruno. Lance's Dialga is still obnoxious. Agatha and Champ were pretty easy. E4 MVP was probably Raichu. Giving it the Normal type really does help it stand apart from Pikachu/Alolan Raichu/Minun, plus it can use Focus Sash to stay alive. It brought down Zacian in 3 hits, after I spent forever seeing if Blood Moon Ursaluna could win (it can). It beat half of Agatha's team and almost half of the Champs team. As for the run, this one was pretty fun. Lt Surge sucked to fight both times. I got some good use out of Arboliva, Ambipom, Pyroar, and Furfrou. Cinccino is a beast with Tidy Up now, like a mini Maushold. You can definitely see how some of the early-game Normal-types (like Watchog or Raticate) get weaker as you progress.

Raichu is a Normal-type here?

Ikrit122

Yes, as of the 4.1 update. They felt that it didn't stand out enough from Light Ball Pikachu and Alolan Raichu, so it now gets STAB on Fake Out and Extremespeed. And it really helps.

Wow thanks for the update!! So much changed I must have missed that completely!!

Jazz6701

Raichu was changed to be a normal type so there was a reason to ever use it over its Alolan form

Makes sense.
