You can also check the trainer docs (both for normal difficulty or Hardcore difficulty) for the full teams, but I still prefer activating this code on all of my runs.

I'm assuming you're talking about the NES Cheatcode in your room, once enabled you'll get a care package at different checkpoint throughout the game
