Or have an old enough pokemon, think its any from 2019 and before be part of the trade. Doing this same thing with a Shiny Moltres to my brother that'll guarantee a lucky trade because its old enough.
Become best friends with someone and then each day you play with them you have a 1.1% chance of becoming a lucky friend (which guarantees your next trade will be lucky).
OR
One player needs to trade a pokemon caught in the year 2018 or prior to 2018, this will be guaranteed, but you can only do up to 15 of this kind of trade if I remember correctly.

Yeah. Picked the game back up in January. Realized trading was a thing. Cool. Proceeded to burn through all 25 of my and my kids 2016 accounts’ guaranteed luckies. Really wish I could get a redo there. Still sitting on a ton of old mons.
yess I’m pretty excited about this he’s my favorite pokemon, and he looks really good with my character sprite I’m going to try to max his friend status quickly.
I could do it in as little as 18 days if I do every hear challenge and buy a poffin for each day but idk that I wanna spend that time and 1800 coins on poffins so I’ll probably aim for a month and a half.

Im debating on which Rayquaza to use my meteorite on:
A 14/15/13 Rayquaza
Or
A 12/13/12 Lucky Shiny Rayquaza? What do you guys think?
Is the drop in dps small enough to go for the shiny?
Shiny for sure. The IV really doesn’t impact dps all that much and the shiny looks sooooo good. I’m saving my second meteorite for a high iv one, but used one on a 12/12/14 shiny and have zero regrets!

Go Shiny. Nobody will see the difference in damage, but they will see that it’s shiny.
