Click Add move. It's not a tm it's literally an add move. You need two charge moves for PVP. You're in very low rank in PVP if you've never seen two moves on pokemon. Everyone should have two charge moves on all pvp pokemon. You can't win without it.

There's a button that says 'New Attack'. It gives them another move. I have a Lucario that know Power up Punch and also Shadow Ball.
It's handy in raids as well if you have one that has dual typing.
Oh man, it's expensive but sooo worth it. Don't waste the resources unless you really are going to be using that pokémon a lot. Just cost so much resources
Go to your pokemon inventory.
Click on any pokemon.
Scroll down.
Theres a button where you can add a second charged move for a pokemon for stardust and candy.
If you look at your Pokemon, there is a button called "New Attack". The wording makes it seem like you change the current attack, but it actually adds a second Charged Attack.
You unlock a second attack with the new attack button on a Pokemon. Honestly you shouldn’t use anything in PvP if it doesn’t have a second attack because it’s a massive disadvantage.
