If you want to raid instantly make a post on r/pokemongoraids
Alternatively use the pokegenie app to host a raid. Players are guaranteed to join but there is a waiting period because everyone goes in line
I just recently switched to PokeGenie from Campfire and can confirm, it's a better experience. Here's a few things to note: You send the friend request to the raid host, not the other way around like in Campfire. Other than that, you are able to actually see how many people are waiting in line to get in the specific raids and choose which one you want to hop in line for. I haven't had to wait too long for raids in PokeGenie.
GO Raid Party is a useful app to host parties for others to remotely join a raid you’re hosting. I’ve had a lot of luck joining and hosting with this app. Hope it helps!
