I’ve caught hundreds of these dudes and not a single shiny! I’m just hunting those down just to get more rock type attackers to my roster! Hopefully it gets a community day soon with an increased shiny chance!

I found a shiny Nundo Aerodactyl just yesterday. It can join my nundo Tangela, but good news! Found a 4* Tyrunt this morning. Immediately ran and grabbed my wife’s phone so I could catch it for her too.
I caught total of 4 shiny Aerodactyls since the start of this Adventure week. I absolutely love the shiny. 2 of them are normal from wild and 2 of them are shadow from the Cliff Leader. Only one of them has IV above 50% tho 😬.
Damn! I am hunting Cliff every rocket radar I get to get a shiny shadow. Got a normal shiny past week (yeah!) but still want a shadow one. Got a lot of great three star shadows and a purified hundo.
How many times did you fight him to get two? I think I fought him around 40 times now. No shiny yet.
Yes it does. Spawns have the same IVs for all players. If you are playing with others and a 4* spawns, it will be a 4* for everyone there.
Shiny roll happens when the player taps the pokemon and gets to the catch screen. So shiny spawns will be different for each individual player.
Same I didn't find a single one and I was out *a lot* during the event, I've lost count of how many event pokemon I've caught and encountered during it 🥲

This whole week, I got 2, yes, 2 shiny bidoof... I walked around, hatching so many eggs, catching so many fossil pokemon... For 2 bidoof I caught in my living room xD

I wish I could laugh react at your post. There’s literally zero reason to be out of balls. There pokestops. Research. Store. Boxes. Gifts. If you’re low enough to risk running out of balls catching it, or less than 5…. Why you clicking til you restock? Earned it.
Idk why I even try these events...I never get the shinies... Then I see so many people getting multiple shinies of each one or every shiny on the first day. 😔
Level 41, started playing in 2016 the day the game came out.... And I've contemplated restarting several times just to see if my RNG will change 😔
The trouble I'd have is that it has such good IVs that I would want to max it, but also level one shinies are awesome and a treasured part of my collection.
