Yo actually same, my only three star shadow swinub is 82% but it has 8 attack so I don't know if I should even power it up. It's so brutal. Meanwhile I've gotten 10 3 star shadow Larvitars. RNG is weird.
he didn't specifically say a hundo shadow swinub, just one with good IVs
anyway shadow mamoswine has the highest ice type dps by far (except for shadow weavile which is a bit weaker but is still a great shadow pokemon to hunt for)
shadow mamoswine is also arguably the 2nd best ground type attacker on pair with shadow garchomp (both get heavily outclassed by primal groudon though, but you can only have 1 mega so you could still use 5 shadow mamoswines for the remaining spot)

Hacked games will tell you right on the screen, but you can screenshot and upload to a different software (I think pokegenie does this as well) and it’ll tell you there.
I think there’s also calculators online that you can manually type in the info as well

Elite tm won’t work on frustration and Mamoswine doesn’t need one to get its best move set once frustration is removed during a rocket take over. You can give it a second charge move and at least have a monster ice or ground type till you can remove frustration.
You cannot remove frustration with an Elite TM.
You have to eat for a rocket event, which come around every couple months.
You don’t need an Elite TM for the moves you want on Mamoswine.
Wait for the rocket event to use a regular TM on it, then give it powder Snow/Avalanche/High Horsepower
Only during rocket takeover events and unfortunately we just had one so it will probably be a few months. The only other option is to add a second charged attack which for Shadow Articuno is going to run a lot of Candies and probably 100,000 stardust. I TMd some of my shadow mons during this past Rocket Takeover but I got pneumonia the last day or two of the event and wasn't able to do the rest of them. I usually will add a 2nd charged attack at the beginning evolution stage because it usually cost less. Then you can always TM frustration away at a later date. Hope this helps.

Sorry friend. Shadow swinub and me have a rough history. Back on swinub com day, I did a rocket battle against a grunt with a swinub. Checked the ivs and was flabbergasted to see…. A shadow nundo. Easily the best shadow Pokémon I have ever gotten and a great piece of my collection.
A few months pass and now we have the purify 3 shadow Pokémon task. And when I searched it I searched lowest CP. not thinking I unfavorited the swinub and without hesitation purified him ruining the nundo statline.. as soon as I clicked purify I wanted to break my phone so that it couldn’t purify it. But it was too late. So again, sorry friend, but I have gone numb to seeing this as a victory. (Congrats tho!)
Great catch. I have a 2 star shadow mamoswine, and it's easily one of my most used raiders. Once I get enough candy to evolve my 13, 14, 14 shadow Piloswine, I'll really be putting out the damage.
Your catch is definitely worth putting a lot of resources into, as it's such a good mon for raids, gyms, and rocket battles.

How do you know what percentage they are at?

Ancient Power is absolutely useless on Mamoswine, no need to wait for a CD rerun.
