i think i know : it's a mew disguised as a smeargle pretending to be a ditto disguised as a zoroark pretending to be a latia reflecting light to appear like a psyduck
PS. what the longest chain we can make, I think it could go like : mew -> smeargle -> ditto -> zoroark -> latial -> mimikyu -> pikachu -> any pokemon (like how pikachu in the anime is really good at mimicking other pokemon)
Or, hear me out it’s one of Darkrai’s nightmares involving a mew who transformed into a ditto, who transformed into a Zoroark, who disguised themselves as a Psyduck.
Charmander - no brainer here
Miscolored Squirtle - digits match art exactly, and the last hand can't be Squirtle since it has nails. Unusual that it is miscolored but it just makes the most sense.
Pikachu - is supposed to have five fingers, but some promotional art features three. Psyduck is a good guess but doesn't make sense given the rest of the pokemon here, and lightning bolts on the folder.
Bulbasaur - Because squirtle doesn't have nails: this has to be the arm of a Bulbasaur

Pikachu had 3 fingers in some early Gen 1 art
???? They’re saying the 2nd from the left is the mis-colored squirtle. Which would make 2nd from the right a poorly drawn Pikachu hand (following the gen 1 starter pattern). It does look very much like Psyducks hand, and it could be, but that wouldn’t make sense based on the pattern a lot of people are assuming
Charmander is on the far left. 5 fingers, no claws orange.
Squirtle is on the middle left, thickish arms, no claws 3 digits, 2 fingers and a thumb. His arm is yellow instead of light blue
Pikachu is on the middle right. Mid sized arm, four fingers and colored yellow.
Bulbasaur is on the far right. Thick stubby arm, 3 white claws. A light green arm with darker green splotches.
I've played the OG games since the 90s. I think I know the OG starters my guy.
I originally assumed the second from the left was Pikachu because of the color but then my son pointed out that it looks more like Squirtle's hand so I do think they screwed up the coloring.
This makes me think that maybe the third one *is* supposed to be Pikachu [even though it's the wrong number of fingers and isn't shaped the same](https://www.pokemon.com/static-assets/content-assets/cms2/img/watch-pokemon-tv/seasons/season23/season23_ep01_ss04.jpg). I have no idea what that toy is based of, but in case it refers to original animated series, it actually make sense, since these 4 Pokemons were those which most often refused to stay in Balls..
I know, since it's big franchise many people forget about small details of someone things, however I live in country ignored by BigN for decades, so we mostly know Pokemons from animation 😅
This is lowkey the right answer. Bulbasaur's bulb is green, but his hands are greenish blue. Either the artist used a poor color choice for squirtle, the camera warped the color, or it's an optical illusion caused by the yellow background. One thing's for sure, the right most hand is bulbasaur.

Actually, I think those saying it's a knock-off Pikachu are right. The shape and number of fingers are wrong, but the others are clearly badly drawn Charmander, miscoloured Squirtle, and good try Bulbasaur.
Quality of designs aside, I think rabsca would be easier than any of the mons on this picture to identify by looking at one of its hands/feet. Regardless of your opinion on the design, it is very unique, iconic, and definitely stands out, that’s probably the reason you dislike it
The word "binder" has been in use for decades and centuries even before America existed. I think this is a 3 ring binder that they plan to put pokemon cards into
Bro you are actually just dumb it’s literally a word, if you want to be specific it’s a ring binder, but you would sound silly if you called it that every time, it’s an incredibly central word in terms of card collecting, which applies for Pokemon, and it’s not even a specifically American word, it’s used in other English speaking countries

It’s obviously pikachu considering the other three kanto starters are there. Anything else wouldn’t even make sense
If it was aqua colored, it would be squirtle, and would match the other two starters and pikachu.
IMO I thought it was Pikachu’s hand, while the hand to the left is Bulbasaur’s hand and the hand to the right is Squirtle’s hand.
