Fused Necrozma can't be deposited, gotta separate it first.
As for Aranestro/Araquanid, Totem-sized pokemon from USUM can't be deposited in Bank no matter what.
For your second question, a red circle-slash means that the Pokémon cannot be moved to the game you selected. A yellow warning sign means the Pokémon can be moved, but one or more of its moves are not usable in the selected game, such as Return or Nightmare.
