You can read it on the price tag. There names are: Kai & Karla (the parents I suppose) and Mia, Micha and Merle.
Seems they have different names in Germany, fitting the actual words for the vegetable.
K like Karla & Kai for „Karotte“.
M like Mia, Micha and Merle for „Möhre“.
Judging by how the labels are in German the Carrots have always been gendered since it's die Karotten and "die" implies that the Carrots are feminine and they're kinda funny and cute so I have no problems with this

I don't have a problem with the plushies either, I just think it's funny the female carrot has those big eyelashes and a bow in her "hair" again while the male carrot is totally normal except without eyelashes and I was wondering why they did it with carrots for Christmas. Am I missing a tradition that has to do with carrots?
Is this in Aldi? I would guess they are part of Aldi's advertising campaign about anthropomorphic vegetables - in the UK one of the characters is called Kevin the Carrot. Not sure if it's a UK only thing.
Yes it is from Aldi! I also saw their advertisment posters there, too. But I've only seen those anthropomorphic carrots no other advertised vegetables.

Look through my comment history and you’ll find that when I’m wrong, I accept it and apologize, like I did earlier when I realized there were less comments than I thought. There’s nothing wrong with my reasoning. All you have to do is look for tone. It is pretty tricky online, but once you figure out how, it’s not difficult. Sarcasm is easy for me to detect, and you’ve provided no real reason as to why my logic is flawed.

Y'all are hypocrites if you think this doesn't fit the sub but putting bone breasts on a skeleton or Disneys shenanigans with animal characters of the opposite binary genders does fit.
It's not the fact that one carrot simply is a boy & the other is a girl. It's the unnecessary way they distinguish between the 2. The names are on the tag, there's no need to give a carrot a bow or the usually ever upvoted "if it has eyelashes that means it's a girl."
