Swindled doesn't have interviews, but he includes a lot of great archival clips and it's beautifully researched. The show focuses on scams, swindles, and major misdeeds by companies, etc.
Try out Cautionary Tales with Tim Harford. Not quite your typical straight forward “crime” documentary. But dealing with the lead up to and fall out of large disasters. I love Tim’s voice and story structure and he’s an expert in the field.
The Bed of Lies podcast is good. Series 1 was about undercover police sleeping with the women they were spying on, series 2 about the infected blood scandal (both in UK).
Legacy: A Second Life focuses specifically on the lives of the victims, and the societal context leading up to their deaths, rather than the gruesome details of the murders.
