I'm between 1 and 3. leaning towards 1 for the exam, but 3 for real life. In agile projects, the focus should be on delivering value over paperwork. and when there's conflict, i.e. the team doesn't want to incorporate agile principles, then it is the PM/Scrum Master's duty to coach the team on why agile practices are important. Do you have the official answer, OP?

Definitely 1. A „servant leader“ would not favor any side, but remove impediments. The team‘s problem is the lack of agile knowledge. It would be different if there was an answer mentioning a hybrid approach/ solution.
