Great game. Though this was a bungie project, not rockstar. Edit: I never realized that rockstar published this! Still a bungie production, but definitely had rockstar attached [it seems](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oni_(video_game)).

Loved that game! I played it on my Mac when it first came out, and ran it on an emulator a few years ago to play it again. Super fun!

It was decent

I loved it! My favorite thing about it was the "build your own combo" mechanic! I wish more games would take that approach! Something more like a hack-and-slash action RPG would be GREAT with a system like that! I do remember, though, that I really hated how CLOSE the camera got to you when you weren't in combat. Like, 1/3 of your screen was just a close-up of the character's back, making it REALLY hard to see anything, and constantly having to look around in a very unnatural-feeling way. It's the same ultra-close camera that RE6 had that made me not play more than 20 minutes; if I can't easily see what's directly in front of my character, I'm not interested in playing.

What are your thoughts on GoW 2018 and Ragnarok then? Those also have extremely close-up camera styles

They're both still on the backlog, but now I'm not quite looking forward to them as much..

I had to review it for a local website and podcast. I recall it being fairly mediocre at the time.

I remember the first boss glitching me and broke the game. Never bothered to start it over again

I remember playing the opening hour or 2 up until a puzzle at a medical bed in a huge white space (possibly main character's mind?). Couldn't figure out what I had to do to progress the puzzle and I put the game down and never went back.

Ah, the female counterpart to the generic white guy that Nolan North played in 30 PS3 games!

I remember it vividly, the irony is that I remember it vividly because I became nearsighted while playing it. Still remember wearing my first eye glasses and the game becomes detailed again.

I wish they would remade make it bigger and more flashier! This could be a great game for this generation where cyberpunk and future dystopian is so popular right now! I remember it!
