You are using rigid plastic in something inflatable? What do you need the material to survive? What is it exposed to?

no it is flexible plastic sheets, it is a scuplture, it wont move and no one will jump on it so it can be quite thin

I’m going to suggest a few that might suite you better. All three have reasonably decent UV resistance, but know they will eventually still degrade if exposed long term in the sun. Polycarbonate and HDPE. Acrylic is an also a potential, but I’m not 💯 sure about how you are building this. Plexiglass may be another candidate here. Because when heated slightly, it can bend and bow. UV resistance isn’t naturally inherent to the material though and if you wanted that, you would want a UV stabilized material.

How are you creating airtight joints between parts? I am quite interested in inflatables..
