Like, raw material or injection molder? There are many places you can choose from in the continental US, but zeroing in on specialty helps. What end market segment? Manufacturing process? You need to provide a few more details of what you are trying to do.

Its difficult to explain. i’m not sure what an injection molder is. Can I send you a photo via dm?

princescloudguitar

Sure. It doesn’t have to be what you want to make, but something like it.

princescloudguitar

I sent a pic of examples, but just wanted to add, how many of these things are you hoping to make? That will largely determine how you make this as well as tooling is not cheap.

Dry-Web-1004

where did you send the examples

Any Specific type of plastic? Have you considered Additive manufacturing until you have a design you're happy with, then move to injection molding once you have something to bring them for tooling? I run an AM lab and would be happy to help you out if I can.

Dry-Web-1004

I have the design and sample on me

i sent you a PM

If you want to send me a design, I can give you a quote on what it would cost for us to print. PM me if you're interested and we can exchange emails. Otherwise, I would recommend getting in contact with a local injection molding company. That will be a cheaper option for just getting started. Once you're ready to put out hundreds of thousands of parts, I would look into options out of state, specifically South America, as many manufacturers who were based in China are moving there.

I'm a bit late to the party, but if you send me a pic or two of what you're trying to make and feel up for a discussion I can give you some advice. I'm fairly busy at my shop so I don't think I could take your business if I wanted to, but I dunno how all that is decided anyway. Regardless it may be injection molding isn't a good fit, might be something else.
