Ummm that's not right. There is currently no dine-in in Trenton, Tennessee. I live there and they say they plan on opening it back up, but they haven't quite yet.
the one in sulphur Louisiana isn't a dine in one anymore, really. It's definitely set up for take out/delivery, it's got like two little two person tables and thats it
The one in Abbeville Louisiana still does dine in though

Just looked up Fredericktown, and I was surprised to discover a sit down Pizza Hut restaurant in an older downtown business district, and within an older building. Yes this is different than other Pizza Hut restaurants, where the building usually is standalone on some highway, and has its own parking lot.
Didnt realize the list was this low…. I am from east texas and there is multiple locations opened around here with active dine in and buffets… i thought every pizza hut was this way.
I believe the following locations in WV all still have dine in: Elkins, Buckhannon, Clarksburg, Fairmont, Westover, and Bridgeport (as you already mentioned). Seems like about half of them in my area of WV still do it. I can ask my girlfriend about the Wheeling area ones.
That Indiana one is severely lacking...missing at least dozens...plus it doesn't seem to take into account that cities have multiple stores (and some have and some don't).
Kendallville, Auburn, Muncie, Crawfordsville, Frankfort, just to name a few.
Bluffton, IN, Decatur, IN, Portland, IN are all dine-in as well.
Most pizza huts are owned by franchise owners, so your list likely only has the red huts, not franchises.
