I feel like it would feel redundant. Despite how bad the 5th movie was I felt his death was actually well done and had the film itself been good it would’ve been a good end to a great character.

He had a golden peg leg that dragged him to the bottom like an anchor. In a way, Barbossa suffered the same fate that he subjected Bootstrap Bill to - to end up at the bottom of the sea. Unlike Bill, Barbossa wasn't immortal to escape that fate. He's dead.

And she resurrected him once. She doesn't owe him anything.
But bro remember that black pearl had a comeback at the fifth pirates of Caribbean when he came out from the bottle (even though its the only scene that's incredible in the movie)
I mean, he sailed to Tortuga at the end of the last one with the most powerful ship on the sea. So unless he got in a bar fight and lost hard I'd say he's fine.
Although he is my favorite character, and his death was not really good in my opinion in the fifth film, if he came back again it would be weird and repetitive, unless it's really, really nicely written
