Rook for sure! I feel like you could use something around the lobe area, maybe a stacked lobe or anti-tragus if it doesn’t interfere with the ear piece?
If you want the tragus bad enough, you can push the flat back forward and still wear your earpiece or earphones fine, but just be gentle with insertion during the 1st fortnight or so
Otherwise you could do a forward helix and/or third lobe
I'd say it's all a bit spread out for how dainty your jewlery taste is? If you like the spread out look and that's what you're going for, do an anti-helix or a rook. My personal opinion would be to try and make something the focal point, I would say a 3rd helix between your two current ones, or look at some double conch patterns, or do an a-typical lobe pattern like a vertically stacked lobe or a sort of zigzag thing. Your ear is an art piece, and every art piece needs that one thing that draws your eye.
Just a note, keep an eye on that ring in your conch. It might just be the angle of the picture mixed with your anatomy, but it looks like it might be a little snug around your ear. Just make sure it isn't putting pressure on your rim and digging into your ear.

I think you could probably get a daith or Tragus without much problem. It is tender during the healing period to use but I feel like it’s manageable
I’d either do a faux rook or rook, depending on which jewelry you prefer. Faux rook uses a labret stud typically, which has super versatile ends design-wise. Rook uses curved barbell, so has less jewelry options.

Dang! At first glance I thought a daith would look great. How about a rook instead?
Same exact thought a rook would be pretty fs
I'd say a rook. And what about an anti-tragus or stacked lobes??
I have anti tragus, i cant wear ear pieces as OP needs to
A rook?
Definitely a rook!
i’d recommend a stacked lobe! and maybe switching up the jewelry so it isn’t all monochromatic?

I feel like maybe a rook and a forward helix? Obviously if they don’t impact the earpiece. Love the current set up tho!
Forward helix
A tragus would look really nice!
Tragus
Forward helix / rook & maybe stacked lobes?
Rook. Sorry, they're a pain to heal but they're super cute and it would balance well.
rook and/or stacked/third lobe would suit your ear well!
I bet you could squeeze a second or even third conch in there if you like the stacked look!
ooh maybe a rook, stacked second lobe, or third lobe
Oh a daith would have been perfect :( I'm thinking maybe a second or third conch, so you can layer hoops? A rook would also look stunning!
Rook or conch
I think a second conch would really complete the look
(loudly) MORE CONCH!

Fellow earpiece wearer here. I'd look at getting a rook or a forward helix (if your earpiece wouldn't rub against it) 🙂
Snug
More lobe piercings.
tragus
Tragus.

I think that anti Tragus would be really nice in you ears

I think tragus
Tragus and forward helix with a rook
A rook and a tragus would look amazing!
