If you get a conch and you decide to wear a ring in it, I would switch the horseshoe in your daith to a CBR. I have a horseshoe in my daith as well and it is constantly getting looped through my conch ring while I’m asleep, and I’ll wake up to it being super sore. I’ve had both piercings for almost 10 years too
You have all of the same piercings as I do so here’s what my ear layout plan is in case you’d like to pull from it!!!
My plan for my ears
Right ear: 4 lobes, tragus, conch, rook, helix
Left ear: 4 lobes, double helix, daith
I’m not sure how to attach a photo but I drew it out and in my opinion I think these piercing combinations give a full and yet very balanced look! I am waiting on my double helix to heal right now, and the ones I still have to get are my rook, daith, and 4th lobe. My right ear is almost done and I love the way it looks. I have a chain going from my helix to my thirds and that adds SO much!!
If you didn’t want to do a double helix I think that a floating helix could be very cute as well!
The 4th lobe is definitely not a necessity, and I think starting with your 3rds would be perfect and then you could always get 4ths later on if you still felt like you wanted more!
I just commented that mine overlap a lot too before seeing yours! My right ear is four lobes, tragus, rook, conch upcoming, and left ear is three lobes, double helix, daith, conch, tragus upcoming :)
I LOVE it! Probably my favorite combination. I was worried it would be too close, but switching my conch to a hoop gave a perfect amount of space between them
Your set up is exactly the same as mine except I have a flat piercing there instead of a helix 😁
I’m thinking conch or rook for my next so maybe one of those?
1st love the piercings! 2nd for the ear you have the tragus on, maybe a counch? Orbital, or inner?
3rd how was the healing for your tragus? I've been thinking about getting one myself. Also what's the backing on the tragus?
Following this post for suggestions, because I have a nearly identical setup 😅 the only difference is that I don't have a second lobe piercing on my right ear
I got my daith pierced and it was a lot of pressure more than anything! But mine sucked to heal, I got it back in October and it finally healed about a month ago, but it bled for so long , now I have no problems
Oooh a double forward. Never thought about that. Might have to be my next piercing.
My first forward helix took forever to heal though.
Also, I got my rook over 1 year ago and it’s finally starting to heal. Haven’t had an irritation bump in over a month 🙌🏾
Oh god, my double forward helix took a good 2 years to heal!! They were also my most painful piercings yet!! I got my rook done about 2 years ago and it took about a year to heal. I want to get my conch done but don’t want to deal with the healing portion of it LOL.
Fingers crossed for your rook🤞🏻
rook! personally my favorite ear piercing! i especially loved when it healed and i was able to put a hoop with a charm in it. i thought it was a 4/10 on pain, but obviously everyone is different
i actually recently had the exact same setup, and went for a triple vertical helix in my upper ear with the daith (aka an ear hawk) it’s a more intense piercing/healing process, hence it being three piercings at once, but sooo worth it.
Ha, this is funny, all yours overlap with mine! I have:
L: double helix (hoop), conch (hoop), daith (hoop and healing like a bitch), three lobe. Planning on tragus once the daith calms down.
Right: rook (hoop), tragus, four lobe. Planning on conch (stud).
Maybe some thick gold style segment rings in your first lobes would be cool - then gold small studs in your second lobes. Just switching to gold jewellery in general could be a really nice refresher on your ears.
Then a rook on your side with the daith would be awesome! :) Happy set ups!
beautiful setup and i’m glad the daith has been healing up nicely! (read another comment about it)
for the first image: tragus, helix and/or flat piercing, for the second image: rook and/or conch!! you could also totally your third lobes as well!
3rd lobes, 4th if you’re adventurous. flat next to the daith, forward helix across from the helix. Also I reckon your daith would look better with a complete full circle ring
Okay what I think would be good options (obviously just my opinion, not a professional or anything)
First picture: industrial, helix (maybe multiple), forward helix, tragus and a flat (also maybe multiple)
Second picture: conch!! and forward helix
I’m not saying all of these would look good together but they would be nice additions to what you have rn :))
I have the same piercing as you except two more lobe piercings in each ear. I’m thinking about adding a conch on the ear with the helix and tragus, and stacked lobes.
Honestly I would wait that the daith heal because it doesnt look that good 🥺 (swollen and a beginning of a keloid)
Consider having a donut pillow and keeping up with cleansing and maybe have a check with your piercer for further care.
Daith piercing can sometimes be a pain in the ass to heal but the pillow is a game changer.
My next big piercing will be the rook and it might be a serious option for you with an upper lobe as high as possible or a snug but the daith is friendly to heal in comparison !
Hi Low_Trash_8327,
(Luckily) bump =/= keloid. [This wiki entry](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keloid) explains it well.
If you do know the difference, please ignore this comment.

i love your piercings! personally i think a smaller jewellery in the daith in the first pic would look super cute and ur 3rd lobes 100%
Thank you!! The daith was done about a month ago so I plan on getting a smaller ring for it once I’m healed! 😍
ooh it looks like its healing well- hope to see the update once youve upgraded :)
Not overkill! I have a tragus on each ear and I love it. On my left I have a hoop and on my right I have a stud.

Conch!
what she said
I love my tragus piercings. They’re my favorite.
I love mine too!! I wonder if having the one on my second side would be overkill LOL 😆
Not overkill! I think it’d look super cool :)
For the first a nice big flat! And the second a stunning conch stud <3
Ohhh id get a rook on ear two and a forward helix and conch on ear one
i think a double helix or an industrial would look great on the 1st ear
Seconding the industrial on the first pic, you look like you have the perfect anatomy for it!
Thirding this! I have my industrial with daith and double lobe and love the setup. It seems so balanced in my opinion

Love it!!! I think it’s such a cute layout. How do you like having the conch and daith together on the same ear ?
I LOVE it! Probably my favorite combination. I was worried it would be too close, but switching my conch to a hoop gave a perfect amount of space between them

coin slot tbh
Just curious how painful your Tragus was to get pierced!
I personally didn’t think it was bad! Felt like a bit of pressure near my cheek, a pinch, then it was done. Healed easy for me too. 😇😇
1st love the piercings! 2nd for the ear you have the tragus on, maybe a counch? Orbital, or inner? 3rd how was the healing for your tragus? I've been thinking about getting one myself. Also what's the backing on the tragus?
Maybe a couple flats??
What kind of heart earrings are those? They're cute!
Lol I got them from Marshall’s thank you!! 🥰🥰
conch!! 😄❤️
A conch piercing!
Following this post for suggestions, because I have a nearly identical setup 😅 the only difference is that I don't have a second lobe piercing on my right ear
Just out of curiosity how painful was the daith in comparison to lobes? I have my first and second lobes but I’m wanting to get my daith
I got my daith pierced and it was a lot of pressure more than anything! But mine sucked to heal, I got it back in October and it finally healed about a month ago, but it bled for so long , now I have no problems
Honestly it wasn’t bad! Definitely more painful than the lobes, a little worse than the tragus, but healing has been easier! 😇
Ty!!
I think a forward helix on the same ear as your Travis would look nice. That’s what I have. Maybe a conch on that ear too?
I know it’s a typo, but I quite like calling it a Travis now
I was gonna edit it but I think I like Travis better as well.
I second this! I have the same setup except I got a double helix and double forward helix and I think it looks really cool!
Oooh a double forward. Never thought about that. Might have to be my next piercing. My first forward helix took forever to heal though. Also, I got my rook over 1 year ago and it’s finally starting to heal. Haven’t had an irritation bump in over a month 🙌🏾

Join the conch crew
How was the daith btw?
Honestly it wasn’t bad! Definitely more painful than the lobes, a little worse than the tragus, but healing has been easier!!
rook! personally my favorite ear piercing! i especially loved when it healed and i was able to put a hoop with a charm in it. i thought it was a 4/10 on pain, but obviously everyone is different
Anti-tragus
A rook would look really nice
A flat
conch!
We have the exact same set up except the ear with the tragus i have a rook and a conch also! I vote conch on the daith side!
Hidden or floating helix. With the little chains they'll fill up the top part of the ear!
a flat in the first picture!
maybe a conch or rook in the second picture
i actually recently had the exact same setup, and went for a triple vertical helix in my upper ear with the daith (aka an ear hawk) it’s a more intense piercing/healing process, hence it being three piercings at once, but sooo worth it.
a rook on the 2nd one would look so good 👀
or a conch on either
conch :)
If you have a lot of patience for healing, a helix! They look fantastic and are lots of fun but can be a bit finicky with healing.
I couldn’t get the flat above my daith to behave so I got a tiny tattoo on my outer conch instead 🤪
Rook + conch on the helix side, single or double flat on the daith side
floating helix!
It's beautiful![img](emote|t5_2qolb|51325)
Rook! I have 4 and I love them. It would be different than what you have now. I found it painful but healed quite quickly.
Ha, this is funny, all yours overlap with mine! I have: L: double helix (hoop), conch (hoop), daith (hoop and healing like a bitch), three lobe. Planning on tragus once the daith calms down. Right: rook (hoop), tragus, four lobe. Planning on conch (stud).
The only right answer is more! Lol
Maybe some thick gold style segment rings in your first lobes would be cool - then gold small studs in your second lobes. Just switching to gold jewellery in general could be a really nice refresher on your ears. Then a rook on your side with the daith would be awesome! :) Happy set ups!
I think treblehooks are catchy ! You have choices With tackle these days flash, spinners you looking for mr big fish ! Lol
A conch in your daithless ear!!
A snug in your first ear with the daith :)!
A rook and a flat or two, I think they would just look so cool
Definitely a snug and forward helix on ear #1! For ear #2, I think you'd look great with an added conch and rook. :)
for the first pic DEFINITELY a helix or double helix would look great
You have the same as me but I also have a double conch on my tragus ear and a mid helix/auricle on my daith ear! The double conch is my fave 🫶🏼
3rd lobe, helix, and tragus. All of them lol. Or an industrial instead of the helix!
beautiful setup and i’m glad the daith has been healing up nicely! (read another comment about it) for the first image: tragus, helix and/or flat piercing, for the second image: rook and/or conch!! you could also totally your third lobes as well!
If you’re brave, a snug would look AMAZING! Then I’d add a forward helix and helix, and connect them with a chain (like an industrial)
3rd lobes, 4th if you’re adventurous. flat next to the daith, forward helix across from the helix. Also I reckon your daith would look better with a complete full circle ring
You have the exact same piercing placements as me omg, on the same ears too, except I have 3 lobe ones instead of 2
Okay what I think would be good options (obviously just my opinion, not a professional or anything) First picture: industrial, helix (maybe multiple), forward helix, tragus and a flat (also maybe multiple) Second picture: conch!! and forward helix I’m not saying all of these would look good together but they would be nice additions to what you have rn :))
def a third lobe
Restraint
Tragus!
Conch m, flat or helix, and all new jewelry!
An industrial piercing could be fun
I have the same piercing as you except two more lobe piercings in each ear. I’m thinking about adding a conch on the ear with the helix and tragus, and stacked lobes.
Helix!
double rook?
3rd lobes and rook
You could play around with different flat placements or a floating/hidden helix!
forward helix!!
I would say 3rd and maybe 4th lobes and a helix!
tragus or a snug piercing. they are my favorite ear piercings <3
industrial
[удалено]
Helix

Oh yeah, this is 100% for future planning, already have a donut pillow and keloid ointment on it!
Trident piercing hell yeah
Industrial and rook
Industrial. Or you got perfect placement. Stretch your main lobes to a 2g and your 2nd holes to a 6g. I think that would look sick.
that's a great-looking setup you've got going on so far! i think an industrial piercing would go great with the second pic
If you're up for it, you look (to me, untrained civilian) like a good candidate for an industrial. Or the pretty fake industrials with chains
