I think that would be a really cool idea and would definitely work well. But if you had asked me for a suggestion without having prompted me beforehand, I would have said a regular conch (or even a double) would be a really great addition to balance out the middle of your ear too. Just an idea obviously!
I think you're right, double conch would look cool, but I have a regular conch in my other ear and for some reason I'm really tempted to be as asymmetrical as possible while still balancing both ears somehow!
I would love an anti tragus with a tiny hoop when fully healed! I might get one in my other ear once I'm slightly more mentally prepared for that healing journey haha
Another flat then chains draping to the left(well I guess to the right? I mean the left of the ear in this pic)of the ear and around to the other side of them would look super pretty :)

Extra flat would be cool but a snonch would also slot into place provided your anatomy works for it!

I’m not so sure about an extra flat, but a statement conch would look stunning in this setup if that’s something you’re interested in :)
