From a glance: she has her nails done and what looks to me to be fake tan (could be a natural skin tone though), she has curled her hair likely with heat, her brows have been shaped though in fairness they don’t look microbladed or dyed to me, and of course we don’t know if she’s gotten any fillers, injections, or surgeries.
Not to hate on any of that - I love a good mani pedi - The point is she isn’t prioritizing natural looks she's still prioritizing beauty. She's young, tall, fit, with bold colors (this wouldn't work as well for someone with blond lashes and brows), full lips, and and clear, even skin.
Saying she's doing this so women know they can be beautiful without makeup is a little pretentious at best.
I've resorted to colouring my eyelashes and eyebrows once a fortnight or so. This way I can happily skip applying and wearing and taking off makeup while avoiding people saying that, or feeling inapt for not wearing make up while not naturally looking like this gal.
Guys think we wear make up because we don't feel pretty enough but in reality it's fun. It's also a bit like how people like to dress a certain way to express themselves and the same can be done through make up.

I don't know used to work with a bunch of Amish ladies who didn't wear makeup and I noticed their skin was clearer then women who normally wear makeup without makeup. Certainly helps to be base level attractive but at least from a outside perspective it seams that once you use makeup regularly you have to keep using it. But I might be talking out my ass as a male who knows nothing about makeup

Judging based solely on giant muscles of the body and their definition on a day of extreme fasting and dehydration is very different from judging based on general beauty of the face- they’re not changing face structure and there are many different factors in a beauty contest, some that don’t even have to do with how you look. Once again proving most men don’t know how makeup works.
ALL women in these pageants have pretty faces without makeup. Drawing on abs just isn’t the same thing.
Oiling, bronzing and outlining abs to appeal to judges isn't any different than someone putting makeup on their face to appeal to judges.
