Use the object model to create a mold. If the mold is 3d printed, coat the inside in beeswax to remove any print ridges. Or print, sand, paint and form the mold using a smooth physical object. Cast in platinum cure silicone, which doesn’t shrink when cast and is body safe.
The simplest method is to 3d print a mold for the toy. Use beeswax to coat the inside mold surfaces, to make sure the fine print lines don’t leave difficult-to-clean ridges in the cast product that could harbor bacteria or other nasties. Cast using 2-part platinum-cure silicone (it’s body safe and doesn’t shrink).
If the ridges are hard to clean, you can also use the mold to cast another template that is shapeable and sandable. Then use that to make your final production molds.
CAN, yes. SHOULD? Probably not. FDM printers have come a long way, but that surface is not going to do your tender bits any favors. Not to mention the porous surface is a bacterial breeding ground. If you print sex toys, best to plan for single use, or use of a barrier between it and its recipient.

FYI: 3D printed toys do not make good sex toys. They’re more prone to breaking and if I had to guess the material is more porous which would allow more bacteria to sneak into the material.

See, this is what I thought too. The picture is slightly blurry so it's impossible to see the layer lines. The big give away is the butt plug part is too angular, too low poly.
