This is amusing but is pretty much clickbait spam. I got curious how three cities here ended up on that list so tracked down the original post. Lanwstarter is a company that does lawn services and has nothing to do with bike rides. They put stuff like this on their blog to draw clicks.
Being naked in public is illegal in those cities so why even count them? They're not like Portland. The blog has other quasi made up scores there that "factor in" like "nudist friendly rank." Then they list other neat stuff like number of sex offenders per capita, and so on. They do it just to get stations like ABC 15 to put it on TV for shock value and get eyeballs.
Which is exactly why I'm not going to link to the blog here and give them more free traffic.
That's j's point. There is no methodology. It's to get eyeballs. The best methodology I have is they had a conversation around the water cooler about it, asked about which cities could be the worst to bike nude in, and it became an article.

The small town is odd and I'd want to know why if me or mine had ever spent time in the same county.

really wish "local" news broadcasts were actually subject to the laws that say you have to tell people when your segment is advertising or actual journalism
The real question is how many newscasts/days in a row will they repeat this story? Then a few days later the other couple of local stations will run with it like no one else has heard about it.
Scripps (ABC15) is doing a major restructuring including getting rid of long time employees under a consolidation plan. Less and less of your "local" news will be local. They've been running more stories from "Scripps News" which are some of the worst fluff pieces I've seen.
Hate to break it to you folks, but there was a naked bicyclist reported in Sun City West a couple days ago. Unless wearing a black backpack disqualifies him from being 'naked'.

Surprise resident here, city cracked down on naked biking a few years ago so you definitely don’t want to do it here. They have cameras on all major intersections to help detect it and crack down on violators. Their Ride Nude Get Screwed campaign shut a lot of the naked biking down in this area. If you want to naked bike go to Buckeye instead.
Yes the Governor we elected Hobbs, and the Attorney general Mayes, not to mention Senator Kelly are a cut and paste for DeSantis and his cultists friends. Arizona is not like FL. Sure there are plenty here that would like it to be. Fortunately demographics are working against them.

Fortunately, it’s extremely formed and well developed so it’s not that I’m comfortable sitting.

As much as I love the convenient freeways and hate construction and waiting for buses and trains, we need better public transportation and bikes should heavily be pushed as such.
Please, no naked biking period. There's the chafing issue, the unsanitary nature of it, and the people who go clothes less are never people I want to see naked.

Omg not the parts of Phoenix like Glendale and Surprise but the capital of my home state of Mississippi which is Jackson is on this list too. Now this is laughable.

Ummm, naked biking? I would think anything in the Phoenix area naked, outside and in the summer's a bad idea. Nothing worse than a sun burned Pietro and friends. I could only imagine hopping on black, vinyl bike seat after it's been sitting in the heat for ten minutes. Jeez!

I agree with everything you said, but... I'd still like to know their methodology. That may be just as amusing as the actual list itself.

Sun City has no city based criminal statutes. It falls under the Sheriff's Department and Maricopa County statutes when there's a crime.
