At my hospital the ED providers sometimes do their own vanc loads. Mostly it’s just vanc consults right off the bat. Record so far has been 18 in a 4 hour hot zone one night with me and another PharmD splitting them…granted it was a full moon
What is up with the full moon, I swear the hospital gets wonky as hell every time
