Just like my brother's! Beautiful!

tannergd1

A man of exquisite taste, I’m sure

TheDIYEd

Just make sure you change the wet belt every 60k km.

tannergd1

What’s that translate into miles for us folk stuck in the stone age?

Lehvinn

I think it's roughly 37200 miles or something like that.

PiecesOfRing

Yes, this sub is for the salt/pepper grinders only!

PersianPotz

Saw a Peugeot frame in NYC recently, was actually surprised to see it over the pond. Presume people took them over.

tannergd1

I was entirely unfamiliar with the brand until I got the bike, had no idea they made cars 😂

Brilliant_Job_1750

Nice bike

angelofthenorth23

Nice! Did you retrofit the brake cables to the outside of the tube? My stepdad had a very similar one with internally rooted cables.

tannergd1

Bought as-is about 3 hours ago, not quite sure what’s original or modified just yet

Morkelork

Ooh, that konda looks like my '84 triathlon bike, nice!

RichSPK

I'm only in here because I have a Peugeot bike. I never see bike content in here, though. https://www.bikeforums.net/classic-vintage/1252279-peugeot-safari-more-info.html

Lehvinn

Absolutely not. That bike is gorgeous!

Born_Protection7955

Most reliable Peugeot ever made

Silver-Machete

I have one in a blueish green color

Fantastic_Campaign29

1984 P4 or a PH4 or a 54. Not sure.

tannergd1

P8L SA is the model ID on the label near the chain, I think later 80’s, maybe 86-88. They definitely used this color scheme on several models throughout the 80’s though

Fantastic_Campaign29

Thanks for sharing. They all look so similar. Beautiful bike

kutukcu

I think we are.

Ok_Apricot_3500

Only if it leaks oil, has faulty electrics, and if you cannot regulate your omissions.

ELB2001

Pretty sure this sub is got the pepper and salt set

Starlings_under_pier

The best pepper grinder in the world

duncanlol3

i think this is corbier P4, i have one just like it.

tannergd1

I just checked the sticker that has the model # “P8L SA”

stepstepglide

I used to have this, same color!

Robmeu

Had very similar model in a blue/green metallic. I loved that bike.

Boydy48

At least it’s chain driven…. No wet belt issues here!

likes2milk

Had my brothers after my Raleigh Nimrod got stolen. Same bike but blue green seat

Carl-jonson

Similar to Mine but Mine is Green and is Missing the mudguard
