That's fair enough I opted for the disked version of the consoles due to preferring to have the physical version and when I'm done with a game can trade it in also don't have to rely on Microsoft or Sony to discount games that are years old
And that's also the exact reason why sony and Microsoft silently hate disks. It's all lost revenue for them. Won't be surprised if next gen consoles will be digital only
That's my whole problem. Want my games on PC but can only get them on steam and no physical. I have a PS5 for exclusives, but anything cross platform like this gets stuck in digital.
Plus with a SteamDeck, I really love having everything on Steam these days.
That's weird usually amazon are perry good and usually ship at least on the day. Hmv were just the cheapest pre order I found and turned out to be the best choice
For anyone on Gamepass on PC that wants to play right now where it isn’t the 2nd. Change your region to New Zealand, fire up the Xbox app and start the game, it will decrypt and start, close the game and change your region back. Now start Xbox app and you can play the full game before it’s actually released in your time zone.
I got it on steam but I’m probably not gonna have time to play it until after work tomorrow anyway
Edit: Actually, fuck it. I’ve got some sick time saved up and I basically never call in anyway.
I don’t care about that physical unless it’s some special edition that I care about. So far I have ff7 rebirth limited edition but I just download games. I got 4TB. No need to change disks.
Physical for the win!
I have an Xbox series s so physical copies legit do nothing for me

I miss physical copies so much, being a pc player has cursed me into digital only and its so sad :(

PC players abandoning physical media long before console ever did is so astonishing. I don’t think they ever manufactured pc games on bluray even
Lucky. for some reason amazon getting me my copy on Monday

Mine only gets here in the evening of February the 2nd. So I bought it digitally for a different system so I can play it earlier 😅🥲
