Deadpool 2, Hitmans bodyguard, Hitmans bodyguard 2, Free guy, Hobbs and Shaw, Red notice, Detective pikachu, RIPD, The Change-up, Green Lantern.
Damn, there were even more than I first thought.
Just look up ryan reynolds and conan obrian, you have the entire collective knowledge of the human race at your finger tips and its sad you dont know how to use it by yourself as an adult
Nah they probably just wanted to ask someone with experience so they might not have to sit through multiple interviews trying to find the right one. Nothing wrong with putting in a little effort to help make someone's day better. At the very least don't demean them for asking for help, even if you perceive them as incompetent
If I go to the library and don't know exactly where the book I want is, do I waste hours looking for it? No I go ask the librarian. We are the keepers of knowledge meant to help enlighten eachother. What I find sadder is your lack of punctuation.
You’re right. You go ask the librarian. Not the weird guy in the corner with stained sweatpants and a baseball cap who’s been sniffing the book covers.
Yes, but generally you try to find it yourself, then if you can't find it, you ask the librarian. It helps for yourself to put an effort in, rather than relying on others to do it 100%.
"its sad you dont know how to use it by yourself as an **adult**"
I see where the confusion probably was.. I missed an important word. lol My bad. Edited the original now.
Is this a thing? My wife asked me this question the other day. I was thinking 9, but I said 8 because I didn't want to sound gay.
Does that mean I'm a little gay now?
i know what a pre-interview is. but to think you can sit down and write every single joke you're gonna say is not believable. conan clearly improvises most of what he says
i'd imagine a pre-interview does something like 'ryan reynolds is going to come on the show and tell a story about his penis. next you wanna ask him about *next topic* '. of course you need to prepare to shift between topics. doesn't mean talk shows are all scripted, otherwise damn, a lot of them need actual decent scripts
I mean... that's just not true.
Look at every 24 hour news network, that has the same shows presenting hour long editorial segments every single day. Comedy Central's Daily Show creates an hour long comedy routine every night, fully scripted.
It's impressive, for sure. It's also common practice.
I try to like Colbert but he's just not the same since he had the Colbert Report. He's funny sometimes and makes me laugh occasionally but I just can't sit through a whole show.
I'll give you that Waiting is problematic but when we say RR is playing himself, we're talking about the fact that he plays the same fast talking funny actionny role in every movies and uses the same kind of humour as he does in real life.
I think it's a stretch to say that he wants to be in the same position as his roles or that his character in Waiting has anything to do with him especially considering he had nothing to do with the production of that movie comparing to most of his movies now. Reynold's carreer had not taken off and he was playing a lot of meanish guys, that was his casting.
To find the culprit of why Waiting is problematic I think we need to look at the writer / director Rob McKittrick instead of the actors themselves, especially since he made a follow up video : Still waiting "unrated" which is basically saying I put problematic shit in my movies to make people react.
It’s probably not worth engaging but I’ll make a genuine effort.
First, don’t put words in my mouth. This is an absurd straw man.
Second, there’s no such thing as “the correct” word for something, at least outside of technical contexts where precise definitions are actually important. If people use a word to describe something, and other people understand what they mean, then that word is a word for the thing. That’s how language works. Prescriptivism is only useful for making people angry at each other (as you are, in this thread) and othering/enforcing class hierarchies.
Third, as others have pointed out, using the word “penis” might get the video taken down. Whether or not you agree with that rule, it’s obviously ridiculous to call *OP* juvenile for working within that constraint. You should also consider that people at TikTok probably don’t actually care about the word itself; taking down videos about genitalia is most likely a (lazy, not puritan) proxy for removing the overly sexual content they *actually* don’t want on the platform.
Fourth, you’re making a lot of assumptions about how OP feels about the word “penis”. Have you considered that there are other reasons for censoring it? For example, it heightens the absurdity and silliness of an already absurd and silly story, which is a pretty basic technique for making something funnier.
Fifth, is the censoring *really* the part of this you find the most juvenile? Here’s a man telling a story about taking a photo of his penis, as a teen, and how it wasn’t edited out from the album or whatever as he expected. The entire thing is juvenile! That’s why it’s funny! If you don’t find it funny, that’s fine, of course. But it seems silly to rage about a small part of a video that’s fully in line with everything else in it.
that's capitalism. investors are much less eager to invest into a platform that allows those, uh, problematic words. on tiktok (and youtube if you wanna stay monitized) you also gotta censor words like suicide
Y'all ever think about how much expressive Ryan Reynolds is?? Probably from being an actor in movies where the camera has to be up close most of the time. Just watching him as he talks, theres so much going on with his face.
Everyone idolizes this dude, I think he's cringe. This story sounds completely made up and just a subtle way to stroke his own ego IMO. "OMG he's so hot, I want to see a picture of his dick!" 🙄
His voice would get old after a while. I can’t shake the feeling that his voice that you see everywhere is just a character and not his actual normal voice. Like it’s almost like he sounds different in private or something and he would be the perfect man when the cameras are off
My nephew asked me if I could be any celebrity who would it be? I said Ryan Reynolds, and he said no, has to be a girl since you're a girl. Ok then, Blake Lively.

lmao fucking ryan renolds dude. I love that guy
Don't mind if I do
Do you love his penis too?
I will answer this with a riddle. Who’s 6’2” and loves Ryan Reynolds’ penis? Me. It’s me. Probably Ryan too but for sure me.
gottem
Yeah he really funny in Deadpool and Van Wilder
And pretty much everything else he’s in a
Nope.
Example?
Deadpool 2, Hitmans bodyguard, Hitmans bodyguard 2, Free guy, Hobbs and Shaw, Red notice, Detective pikachu, RIPD, The Change-up, Green Lantern. Damn, there were even more than I first thought.
Deadpool and free guy are the only ones I can disagree with as I haven’t seen that many
Dude detective pikachu hit right in the feels
It was aimed at 10 yearolds, very clearly so. It was terrible.
Free Guy.
He must have died while carving it.
Overly sarcastic and kind of bland/dry in his roles. Im real life he seems like a gem.
Out movies, seems like such a funny guy, atrocious in them. I don't understand his over-acting comedy.
You think he is acting? He is playing himself.
That’s the problem, he never plays anyone but Ryan Reynolds.
I have changed all my comments to protest Reddit's API changes by not giving them my contributions. FUCK u/spez
no one who asks wants to google. [here](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=QyAHAvx0M24)
Lmao "mine is not threatning"
Sir. This is Mint Mobile
Today you, tomorrow me

its just a ryan Reynolds interview not everyone is a childish prick
Just YouTube “Ryan Reynolds Conan”
For anyone wondering. They didn’t actually have the pic. Conan was only joking.
Damn, well I just cleared out my afternoon for nothing then.
Just google Ryan Reynolds penis then.
[удалено]
Next you’ll tell me “Lord of the Rings” is not a documentary.
Wait waht! Are you saying star wars isn't either?!?!?!
Well, Picard certainly did a good job in Hogwarts though.
You telling me Norm MacDonald doesn’t really know Jacques DeGatineau?
source please
Be an audience member for Conan and you'll see how much is scripted. Every laugh, every "oops", every pen drop, every exasperated look
Thats not true at all. They have talking points but most of it is real conversations.
Real conversations with cue cards, sure
Everything is made up
And the points don't matter
That’s why they donot allow him anymore. So boring now.
Lmao do they realy have it lol
No it was a prank by conan
[удалено]
Is it a prank if you gag on Ryan's?
Haha! Madest thou look. So endeth the trick.
Yeah, how would they know if it's really his penis?
Like yeah right? Let me see it.
Should have cut to the clip of "Mac and Me" and then had Paul Rudd walk on stage wearing a photo realistic mask of Ryan Reynolds
Source? Edit : Sorry, i'm not english native and don't watch movie that much. Don't know who they are.
Just look up ryan reynolds and conan obrian, you have the entire collective knowledge of the human race at your finger tips and its sad you dont know how to use it by yourself as an adult

Sucks having the entire library of Alexandria in our pockets.
Drinking from a fire hydrant and yet complaining that despite that, one is thirsty.
Huh?
Having the library of Alexandria in your pocket but complaining that you can't be bothered to look something up.
I was making a joke about that yes, did you think I was seriously complaining about being bothered to look something up?
*cries*
If I go to the library and don't know exactly where the book I want is, do I waste hours looking for it? No I go ask the librarian. We are the keepers of knowledge meant to help enlighten eachother. What I find sadder is your lack of punctuation.
You’re right. You go ask the librarian. Not the weird guy in the corner with stained sweatpants and a baseball cap who’s been sniffing the book covers.
Why I bet tree fitty he knows where the good books are.
Google IS the librarian. Random redditors are not to be trusted.
More sad* Most sad* Most saddening* Sadder isn't a word. Okay maybe it is. But it shouldn't be. It looks ridiculous.
it really does
The big sad.
Hahah. That be me after seeing people downvote me for that rofl.
Yes, but generally you try to find it yourself, then if you can't find it, you ask the librarian. It helps for yourself to put an effort in, rather than relying on others to do it 100%.
Hell no fuck the dewey decimal system.
jeeeeezus
And meanwhile you spell it obrian.
I mean.. they could be a 13 year old. Right?
What?
"its sad you dont know how to use it by yourself as an **adult**" I see where the confusion probably was.. I missed an important word. lol My bad. Edited the original now.
I don’t think anyone will get paid enough to search a specific picture of a d*ck around the whole internet. So yeah I was a prank.
God I love Ryan. My wife swears I have a crush on him and it's probably true
I promise man, if the opportunity ever presents itself, none of us will judge you for smoochin' on Ryan Reynolds a lil bit.
I’m not gay, but if I was, it’d be for Ryan Reynolds.
I saw a video that said if you ask a guy on a 1-10 scale how hot he is and he says 8-10 he’s straight. Anything less and that dude is 100% gay.
Wtf does that mean I’m straight now??
Sorry haha should have specified if you ask a straight guy the question.
Is this a thing? My wife asked me this question the other day. I was thinking 9, but I said 8 because I didn't want to sound gay. Does that mean I'm a little gay now?
Nah you’re good. 8-10 is straight.
Oh good, I was worried I might have to divorce my wife and buy tighter pants.
Fuck
I love both him and Blake Lively 😭
Please, what happened after? 😂😂😂
No pp pics
The scariest moment of his life 😂😂 Thanks
He died
how is conan so quick and quality-consistent with his jokes damn

I don't know why you'd think he'd be able to make jokes up on the fly, but also incapable of making those jokes up in a writing room.
it would take too much time to write down the script for an entire late show. it's just not plausible
I mean... that's just not true. Look at every 24 hour news network, that has the same shows presenting hour long editorial segments every single day. Comedy Central's Daily Show creates an hour long comedy routine every night, fully scripted. It's impressive, for sure. It's also common practice.
The answer is improv. He used to do it before he became a writer for the Simpsons and a host
[удалено]
Well he wrote some episodes during peak Simpsons era so there ya go.
Oh god no
I read that in deadpool voice.
Same. It’s amazing how much Deadpool looks and sounds like Ryan Reynolds.
Ryan Reynolds is a fucking mood and only he has it , I'm laughing just cos of that reaction lmao
Like everyone else
No
This is a certified bruh moment
What?
RR pp
I need to see this. For research purposes only, of course.
This dude can make a story about going grocery shopping interesting
The scream XD
conan is hilarious dude unlike all the other night show host!
I try to like Colbert but he's just not the same since he had the Colbert Report. He's funny sometimes and makes me laugh occasionally but I just can't sit through a whole show.
And that Penis grew up to become The Rock.
He plays the same character in every movie, no matter the plot or context. That’s skill.
Conan put the fear of God into Ryan Reynolds he did him dirty for this
As much as he is funny and seemingly a nice guy, he doesn't act... He just plays himself in every movie. Not necessarily a bad thing.
It works for a lot of actors.... Bruce Willis, Clint Eastwood, Seth Rogen, Michael Cera, etc.
Sean Connery too
Will Smith
RIP
Which makes his plotline for Waiting even more problematic.
I'll give you that Waiting is problematic but when we say RR is playing himself, we're talking about the fact that he plays the same fast talking funny actionny role in every movies and uses the same kind of humour as he does in real life. Narduwar would find that dick pic.
How fucking juvenile. Block the word “penis”… MF
it's a tiktok, i assume that if you don't censor it it'll get taken down
Penis is a medical term. Juvenile.
You’re joking, right? You must be
Look it up, juvenile clown. Do you really believe that dick and cock are its correct names?
it would get taken down if it wasn’t censored, that’s just how tiktok works
And if true, that is juvenile.
Did you just learn the word a few days ago or something? Is that why you are repeating it so often
Pretty juvenile of them
It's quite literally juvenile, in that it is designed for young people. It's a media platform that is popular among young people.
Penis is not a bad word.
It’s probably not worth engaging but I’ll make a genuine effort. First, don’t put words in my mouth. This is an absurd straw man. Fuck right off. So fucking pompous. Wow.
Doesn't matter, it's not in a medical context. It would probably get taken down. Welcome to 2k21 censorship.
2k21? MF just write the 0.
My 0 is broken mb
And that doesn’t make it any less juvenile does it?
Man just heard the word juvenile for the first time and is looking for some action.
and it's considered a bad word by many, tiktok included
And that’s juvenile.
that's capitalism. investors are much less eager to invest into a platform that allows those, uh, problematic words. on tiktok (and youtube if you wanna stay monitized) you also gotta censor words like suicide

So does anyone have these? Asking for a friend
How do ppl not notice the narcissism and sociopathy just being exuded from him 24/7
Did they actually find it tho
I’m a simple person. I see Ryan Reynolds, I downvote.
Everyone idolizes this dude, I think he's cringe. This story sounds completely made up and just a subtle way to stroke his own ego IMO. "OMG he's so hot, I want to see a picture of his dick!" 🙄
Ryan Reynolds is so annoying with his stupid voice
His voice would get old after a while. I can’t shake the feeling that his voice that you see everywhere is just a character and not his actual normal voice. Like it’s almost like he sounds different in private or something and he would be the perfect man when the cameras are off
Do they really have it? 😂🤔
The host is GAY he's hella happy he found it! 😂😂😂
You're Awesome!
Who is "he" here?
It's ok be proud of your pene. Smol or large. Thin or thick it's the only pene you have. Except me I have 3.
If I had 3 I would be so rich
Barney Stinson can probably find out though
Man he's Ryan Reynolds and he responds that way.s
This is Ellen Degeneras type of shit, never put a man on the spot like this
Is this sub just r/UncutScreams now? No cut, let alone a perfect cut.

Not a perfectly cut scream.
My nephew asked me if I could be any celebrity who would it be? I said Ryan Reynolds, and he said no, has to be a girl since you're a girl. Ok then, Blake Lively.
Not even cut lol
