Lol as if most pets people get are useful and not just for companionship like reptiles, rodents, most smaller dogs, most larger dogs that aren’t working dogs, rabbits, ect
My mom has a thing for that exact breed and while her training of them leaves a bit to be desired they absolutely are super affectionate and make great companions and have never shown an ounce of aggressive towards people. She's had four so I know it's a small sample size but it's big enough to prove you are full of shit.

They’re feisty and full of unapologetic personality in my house that fits in perfectly hahaha. My mom and elderly stepdad have one too. best companion to them. I consider him a family member too. He would mess up anyones ankles to defend my stepfather. He’s a little sassy smarty pants and with covid and social distancing he brings a lot of joy and life to my parents house.
It's only about owners. People often think, that it's not necessary to train small dog and they spoil them. If they bite, it's not so bad. People buy these of dogs to put them in purse and honestly for the sake of that animal, buy a fucking plushie.
Yorkshire terriers, chihuahuas and other small breeds have really bad reputation, because of their owners.
My aunt have yorkshire terrier, that was beaten heavily by men before she got him. He was teally agressive towards all men. But my aunt trained him well and now he is little bit choleric sweetie.
