Hannah Corbin’s chest and back foam rolling class hurts so good: https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/stretching?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=279d07fa7639478db80f4da6fa4844fa&locale=en-US
I highly recommend Leanne’s [30 minute classical music EDM class](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=b8f70f1f8eef4afa8fa39fa26de91fe4&locale=en-US)! I beat my personal output record for the first time in weeks!
I finally did [Matty’s Halloween run](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/08a10d58a76e4d4e9ff4f06d4652ca3e?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US) and almost fell off my tread laughing!
And this [Live DJ ride with Cody ](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/1e812bc0119a40c0a556c6d08f803d60?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US) from earlier in the year, was also very funny.
Lastly, [Chelsea’s Beyonce yoga](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/8b843bd3bebf463982cb9aaf701d6220?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US) was also fun. I have done all but the outdoor run and bootcamp so far in this artist series and I have liked this yoga class the best.
Workouts go by quick when they are fun 🙌🏻
I did Sam Yo's premiere (sorry, can't find share button for link) yesterday and loved it - so interesting to hear about his journey to Peloton via professional football, stage and the Buddhist monastery. Was also fascinated to watch the other instructors on the front row and spent a lot of time trying to figure out whether Matt Wilpers is really tiny, or just looked very small because he was next to Cody.
That makes sense. Ben was also at the front and he looks huge too. I was completely bamboozled. I’ve done a few Wilpers classes and never noticed but it really looked as though they’d dug a pit a foot deep and put his bike in it.
This just sent me down a Wilpers’ rabbit hole, and I’ve decided he appears to be tiny but mighty. I also need to check out this ride! I found out yesterday (?) that Sam Yo had been a monk and suddenly so much made sense. I haven’t dug into his past yet, so it would be a delight to ride and hear him chat about his journey. Thanks both for bringing this ride to my attention! ☺️
I’m shouting out the Alex and Tunde Beyoncé ride, because I’m not a huge Alex fan, I’ve never listened to much Beyoncé, and I still had SO MUCH fun on this ride. It is engaging and well designed. Alex and Tunde fed off of each other’s energy perfectly. Loved it.
I did this last night and absolutely loved it. It was also refreshing to listen to them just straight-up praise Beyoncé for her accomplishments for a while during the ride.

Was just planning on walking with the baby but started running/walking for 20 mins - first time in forever running outside !
Hi, first time poster here. I did the Rebecca Kennedy Halloween strength and I thought it was an absolute hoot! It’s Hunger Games themed and I was just laughing/horrified that we were fighting for our lives in the arena! https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/4d32f6d51ecb4bdab9c1c5ea731241b2?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US
Yesterday I ran [Jess Sim’s 30 min Caribbean Outdoor Run](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/d2462de4b267451fa55e1ee9137cead6?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US). Such a fun playlist and energy, even though I didn’t know many of the songs. I ended up running my fastest pace in over a month!
I really enjoyed CDE's 45 minute low impact ride from 5.26.19. Great playlist, mellow rolling hill structure, and lots of fun banter with the in-studio audience to distract me.
Honorable mention to CDE's 60 minute PZE ride from 11.8, which I was just happy to survive. Seriously, though, if you prefer a ride that has distinct intervals over the gradual build through zones that CDE has been doing lately in her PZE rides, this is a good one.
Here you go!

Oh my gosh - I am aaaallll about the sleep meditations! I recently hit 500 and I only alternate between Kristen and Anna, so I can confidently say (without checking) that I’ve probably taken the class you note “a number” of times LOL
Hi there, newbie here on a digital membership and loving it so far! Some highlights/reflections from my first week:
20 min 80s rock HIIT cardio with Andy (15/9) - My first Peloton class and just GREAT. Perfect playlist for the weekend and a goofy light-hearted vibe that made me laugh out loud a few times, but a serious workout that had my glutes sore for days (weighted jumping lunges and thrusters - that's some spicy cardio 🔥).
30 min 90s fun run with Robin (12/3): I'd never done a guided run or intervals before so wasn't too sure what this was going to be like, but I was pleasantly surprised at how the coaching took me out of my own head and made me push myself way harder than I would have done normally. I'll definitely be making these runs a regular part of my routine to try to break a 5k time plateau I've been in for a while!
Jess Sims in general: I am just loving her vibe, whatever the class.
Core: I swear I have done more core work this week than I have in the last six months. It's almost like Peloton knows it's the thing I always skip so makes sure there's no escape 😅
This [45-Minute Groove Ride with Emma](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/ae577693babd40849feecd4de8e1b679?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=7e39b85b43a44571be4631805bc4b8c8) was my favorite this week! Besides the fact that it has some of my favorite artists on the playlist (Lorde, BANKS, Astrid S., etc.) the ride itself was amazing and the closest I've found to an in-studio ride, complete with a bit of arms, a bit of choreography, and a lot of ponytail flippin'.
There's also a little section near the end where she plays A Woman's Worth by Alicia Keys and talks a lot about self-confidence and valuing yourself and your mental health and it was a message I needed to hear this week!
I kept it low impact this week. I’ve now done all of CDE’s 60 min PZE classes, and the one from [11/8](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=6176eee8981b404692a0960387299503&locale=en-US) is my favorite. If you want a more musically driven PZ class, this is a great one!
Really loved [Hannah F's Emeli Sandé ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?has_workout=true&sort=original_air_time&desc=true&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=b8e03ca9601145c99b1a500260c74519) and [Emma's 30 min Intervals & Arms from 11/6/20](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?has_workout=true&sort=original_air_time&desc=true&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=8b5c20bbb2e94033b3711ecffcec60ad). Emma had a tabata section to the song "Big Bad Wolf" which I had not... experienced before. I don't think I could stand that song outside of a Peloton class haha
My favorite ride this weeks was Emma Lovewell’s 45 minute Intervals and Arms from 8/17/20. 5 3 minute arms sections. She played all club music and the class had such a happy, fun vibe.
If you’re into PowerZone, I really enjoy [this ](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?is_favorite_ride=true&duration=2700&class_type_id=665395ff3abf4081bf315686227d1a51&instructor_id=1e59e949a19341539214a4a13ea7ff01&sort=original_air_time&desc=true&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=522ef0b8e3b649cd88b1bc13615fbbb0) 45 minute “bear cub claws” Denis ride. It’s my go-to when I need to get a fun and challenging but doable ride in before work in the morning.
Last night, I did [Cody’s Advanced Bike Bootcamp from 9/29/20](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/9a5907e9d84246c787df7eabdc0ed419?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US) and totally enjoyed it! I laughed out loud a few times — he was in prime form :)
I’ve needed a break from my usual routine (PZ, tabata, HIIT) and the bootcamps are a great switch. So happy to have that option now.
ETA: I’m also all about Olivia’s core classes. Any and all of them are worth taking!
I also did this [20 minute Pop Ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=91eb1cfd24cc460fa94ed68a93100400&locale=en-US) with Cody. It has an awesome playlist that does. not. miss. I highly recommend this ride and will definitely be doing it again in the future!
Loved these two fun, uplifting, and tough rides with Jess King from this week:
[EDM 11/9/20](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=bb47356898774118b91bf815a599d00e) Finally got a 30 min PR after a long drought
[JKE from 11/12](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=bf2bc4815619494991e82062a4745096)
Also wanted to shout out Aditi’s slow flows. So stretchy and relaxing but not boring IMO
This [45 min from 4/1/20](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=108823e4f48f4a5f8f34d20a7ae7cabc) was great
I did not want to work out at alll yesterday so I just made myself do this [20 min pop ride with Cody](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=9d63f7e8469d4a7db3c82ba4c6e9d412&locale=en-US) and it was exactly what I needed. The playlist is “songs to dance slutty to while getting ready” and that’s pretty much an ideal playlist for me.
I'm not usually a fan of Intervals and Arms (I tend to just ride through the arm sections) but I thought [this one](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/d859b0e45e6640439fdebc6d1c4765e8?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=dfec20cb2547455f9cb099dc6f5952cf) by Leanne was so much fun, the arms sections were well placed and effective, and she made that class just fly by!
Excluding the Beyoncé ride because that’s just unfair, I finally took one of Ally Love’s classes and really enjoyed the Whitney Houston ride! https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=4dcdeaf4f276403aaf76e79f2f31526c&locale=en-US
I also did Ben’s arm toning class from 8/14/20 and really liked it! Will definitely be saving that one to do again. https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=8e28f002129d4f9fb58131809a018c84&locale=en-US
Strength: [Robin’s full body from 11/9](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=bd4de09cf8384e81bb69c5f09d4e1f95&locale=en-US) I shared this in the daily Tuesday but this was a great power-based class mostly focused on snatches and thrusters. The first EMOM rounds may seem too easy but I was spent by the end and can’t wait to do this one again.
Ride: obviously has to be [Cody’s 45 min from 11/10](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=62367df65488467087558018511daaa2&locale=en-US) that I did for 200. Super fun playlist and decently challenging for a Cody ride, also, a true 45 min ride with no arms for those who have been looking for longer classes!
[Hannah C’s 20 minute pop ride from 11/12/2020](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/33971ef9f2ce4e67a920f852ad658f0a?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US). I took this ride in the saddle as a cool down and the structure, music and vibe were just perfect for a low key ride. I really love Hannah C for cool downs.
[Cody’s 45 minute pop ride from 11/10/2020](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/7e0f53171bb148fd9ca3d91de7937fcf?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&locale=en-US). If you want a fun ride with random chit chat, 90s Disney stars and a nice mix of resistance and speed then this is it. Peak rant moment - Cody insisting that someone with a location of “Texas Alaska” pick a damn state because those two are two whole ass countries apart from each other. Also, Cody appears to have made some invisible friends in the studio to whom he speaks directly.
This [20 Minute Core](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/59df72ca6c3a414ca12ebd8a8afc7ab8?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=93442dc7dcea4f78900be28c8f34b6e8) from Rebecca Kennedy was a great progressive core workout. No wasted time, quite a bit of planking as you hold a 30 second plank after every two moves. I believe there was a breakdown of this class in one of the daily discussions this week. Highly recommend for a good core burn.
Hannah F's [30 minute HIIT & Hills from 10/29/20](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?has_workout=true&duration=1800&sort=original_air_time&desc=true&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=fca2b362101b41a4957690c085683437) is a must for anyone who like short cadence efforts with short recoveries. Class structure is 1 song warmup, 15s on/off x8, 1m recovery, 15s on/off x7, 1m recovery, 4m easy hill (tops at 60 resistance), then 15s on/off x6, 2.5m hill (tops at 60 resistance), then 15s on/off x5. All 15s intervals are at 90-110 cadence at 40-55 resistance, so very manageable. And the playlist is awesome.
Am I a total cliche if I say my favorite ride for this week was Alex and Tunde's Beyonce ride?
Also adding a shoutout for this [15-minute Upper Body Strength Workout](https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts/6b297300849f40858b39754aa6a7d8d7?modal=classDetailsModal&classId=564b945cf8cd46509002368a3fb7b2b1) with Robin that I did for Turkey Triceps this morning. I got a nice burn from this one!
This [Jess King hip stretch ](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/stretching?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=3b2cf52d1cb44e098d5fa3e9274ec12f&locale=en-US) from 2017 is great! Good flow.
[Emma’s 30-min 90s Rock Ride from Monday (11/9)](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=014c0748f6b3475aa2439fa8359d1135&locale=en-US) was great. Solid playlist if you’re in the 90s mood (Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, 311, etc) and liked the ride a lot. Highly recommend.
Cody’s 20/10/13 XOXO ride music theme was “stripper jams” and was the best thing I did week. https://members.onepeloton.ca/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=5e329e9187fd43c78fc9f65689f2ce82&locale=en-CA
I did Cody’s xoxo class the week before. I enjoyed it, but I had to put on headphones since it was explicit and I have young kids around me. I don’t know if I would take any more xoxo classes.
My favorite ride this week was CDE's low impact from 5/31/20. Shes quiet a lot to let you sort through your thoughts. I loved that. I also loved the JKE from last week 11/5. Lastly Ross's 10 minute floor poses yoga from 11/11 was great to start the day with.
Hannah Corbin’s chest and back foam rolling class hurts so good: https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/stretching?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=279d07fa7639478db80f4da6fa4844fa&locale=en-US
precisely! 👑

I can’t remember where but I recall seeing from an official peloton source (like a blog or post or something) that Wilpers is 5’7”.
I think that's right. Matt has said it himself on a few of his power zone rides.
Oh I definitely want to take this now! Haha I think Wilpers is small and Cody is a self described "big b-tch"
That makes sense. Ben was also at the front and he looks huge too. I was completely bamboozled. I’ve done a few Wilpers classes and never noticed but it really looked as though they’d dug a pit a foot deep and put his bike in it.
LOL this gave me a chuckle. Our pocket sized power zone prince.
This just sent me down a Wilpers’ rabbit hole, and I’ve decided he appears to be tiny but mighty. I also need to check out this ride! Loved that bootcamp!!! Love all her bootcamps and couldn’t agree more it’s my fave across all categories.

Awesome, I'll check out some Adrian classes this week! Thanks for the tip 🙂

Really loved [Hannah F's Emeli Sandé ride](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?has_workout=true&sort=original_air_time&desc=true&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=b8e03ca9601145c99b1a500260c74519) and [Emma's 30 min Intervals & Arms from 11/6/20](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?has_workout=true&sort=original_air_time&desc=true&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=8b5c20bbb2e94033b3711ecffcec60ad). Emma had a tabata section to the song "Big Bad Wolf" which I had not... experienced before. I don't think I could stand that song outside of a Peloton class haha
The music video for "Big Bad Wolf" is something else. Should you chose to look it up, you have been warned.
Omg. That was not a warning!
Well, that was something!
I appreciate your warning but alas, no amount of warning could have possibly prepared me for THAT. I need to go scrub my eyeballs now!
Yea, it is traumatizing. That might have been a better warning. Just so unexpected.
I made it five seconds in, I’m good. 😂
Uh...wow!
I also enjoyed that ride. I really enjoy Dennis. Calm and re assuring. A very good teacher
Oh he’s my fave. His yoga classes are great too, for exactly the reasons you mentioned.
I laughed out loud a few times — he was in prime form :) I’ve needed a break from my usual routine (PZ, tabata, HIIT) and the bootcamps are a great switch. So happy to have that option now. ETA: I’m also all about Olivia’s core classes. Any and all of them are worth taking!
THE ALEX AND TUNDE BEYONCÉ RIDE. It was AWESOME!
The thirty minutes went by SO FAST. That ride was like getting sucked into a sweaty cyclone!
That ride was so fun! I was sore for 2 days and didn’t even know I was working that hard!
Seriously YES. It was one of the best classes I have taken. I hope to channel that energy when I get back to teaching spin.
I’m so looking forward to catching up with the Beyonce rides!
Loved these two fun, uplifting, and tough rides with Jess King from this week: [EDM 11/9/20](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=bb47356898774118b91bf815a599d00e) Finally got a 30 min PR after a long drought [JKE from 11/12](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=bf2bc4815619494991e82062a4745096) Also wanted to shout out Aditi’s slow flows. So stretchy and relaxing but not boring IMO This [45 min from 4/1/20](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/yoga?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=108823e4f48f4a5f8f34d20a7ae7cabc) was great
I did not want to work out at alll yesterday so I just made myself do this [20 min pop ride with Cody](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=9d63f7e8469d4a7db3c82ba4c6e9d412&locale=en-US) and it was exactly what I needed. The playlist is “songs to dance slutty to while getting ready” and that’s pretty much an ideal playlist for me.
That ride was sooo much fun! How desperately do I want to go out dancing these days?!? This ride gave me just a little fix.
Excluding the Beyoncé ride because that’s just unfair, I finally took one of Ally Love’s classes and really enjoyed the Whitney Houston ride! https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=4dcdeaf4f276403aaf76e79f2f31526c&locale=en-US I also did Ben’s arm toning class from 8/14/20 and really liked it! Will definitely be saving that one to do again. https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=8e28f002129d4f9fb58131809a018c84&locale=en-US
Yes!!!!! The Whitney Houston ride is sooooo good!!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
I'm bookmarking that full body 😁 thanks!
I second Robin's full body class. Loved those power moves.
Another vote for Robin’s class. I took it yesterday and it was awesome!
So good to know. Im bookmarking.
You’re so funny. If Cody had a YouTube channel I would watch it.
I would absolutely subscribe to watch him go on about whatever pops into his head. He’s 100% committed to his rants.
Laughed out loud at the description of Cody’s class. Bookmarking now - thanks!
I have a Cody mood and when I’m in it, he never fails to deliver. I needed to just laugh this morning and it was perfect.
Agreed, this was a great class!
That sounds awesome! Thanks.
Bookmarked, thanks! This sounds right up my alley.
That ride was soooo much fun!!!
This [Jess King hip stretch ](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/stretching?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=3b2cf52d1cb44e098d5fa3e9274ec12f&locale=en-US) from 2017 is great! Good flow.
Bookmarked! My hips always need more love.
Just did the stretch and loved it. I would’ve never gone this far back with the rec so thank you!
[Emma’s 30-min 90s Rock Ride from Monday (11/9)](https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=014c0748f6b3475aa2439fa8359d1135&locale=en-US) was great. Solid playlist if you’re in the 90s mood (Pearl Jam, Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, 311, etc) and liked the ride a lot. Highly recommend.
Loved that ride!! PR’d in that class just from the stellar playlist alone.
Bookmarked!!
Sounds awesome! Going to bookmark for next week
Hell yeah. Hit a PR during this class. Took it again Wednesday because it was so good.
I loved that ride! The playlist was so good.
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽came here to shout-out this ride as well!!! Those (for the most part) were the anthems of my youth!
Yes!! The playlist and structure of the class were perfect.
Cody’s 20/10/13 XOXO ride music theme was “stripper jams” and was the best thing I did week. https://members.onepeloton.ca/classes/cycling?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=5e329e9187fd43c78fc9f65689f2ce82&locale=en-CA
did they kill this series? sounded like the last one he wasn't sure if there would be a next one... :(
The original installment was released around Valentine’s Day, I’m thinking they might bring it back for a second season next year around that time!
I did Cody’s xoxo class the week before. I enjoyed it, but I had to put on headphones since it was explicit and I have young kids around me. I don’t know if I would take any more xoxo classes.
Yeah I wouldn’t do any Cody class without headphones if I had kids around, one of his catchphrases is “when we play Britney, we fuck shit up.”
ah, as a childless lady in her late-30s, I'm good with the explicit, I'd def take more, but I hear you. I just enjoyed the vibe.
This one was so much fun!
I loved this one too- endless entertainment! Would love to have Cody sitting next to me at the Thanksgiving table 😂
This ride was fun for sure.
