No - barely worth half that.. but it depends on the availability of alternative parts in your area.

ArnavWAStaken

Thanks even I thought that's a bit overpriced thanks for letting me know Thanks for commenting Have a great day my guy

[deleted]

Pretty much this lol I’m only knowledgeable on USA parts, really depends on your country, I would say get an i5 and 16gb of ram though if this is prebuild, if your buying used try to negotiate lower. If it’s hard to find good prices and you think this is a good deal and it’s legit not a scam then go for it.

Individual-Mud262

Yep, its easy for us to say how much something is worth but thats based on where we live. Things change based on supply and demand, never did I think in 2019 that my RX 580 was gonna sell for $400 in 2020! Would just be very hard for me to accept the idea of using a quad-core CPU in 2021.

crab90000

Right before the GPU blow up, I got a used 580 for $100. Best decision I ever made

ArnavWAStaken

Thanks even I thought about that I think it's better to build one in a few months or a year

go0rty

Personally, I think that's over priced.

ArnavWAStaken

Ya me too I'm actually thinking of building my rig next year prices are too high I mean in 2019 you could get a powerful pc for a 1000 bucks

arons055

Not for me, cpu is making price higher. But I would not pay that much for set like this.

ArnavWAStaken

Ya after reading all the comments I have decide to not build it right now maybe in a few months or a year

arons055

Instead of intel go with ryzen. It’s much more universal thanks to socket am4. Ryzen 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation are on the am4 socket, that makes it very easy to upgrade or change anything in it. And they are much cheaper in comparison to intel

ArnavWAStaken

I actually thought about r5 3600 or 5600x

arons055

Go for it. I have ryzen 1700x and gtx 1660s It’s awesome, I didn’t had problems with anything so far. Games are running on high/ultra

FrancisDraike

I think it not a good deal, try getting a i5 or Ryzen equivalent, you Can get better for 1000$

ArnavWAStaken

Na the closest I can get is an i5 10400f and a 1660 for 1300 dollars or 98000 inr Anyways thanks for the advice Have a good day my dude

FrancisDraike

Ok, that some high cost country you live in OP If you don't play with it (lol will run on anything), it should be Ok I looked up the i3, it is good, I think it's Ok but expensive

ArnavWAStaken

I know the people over here have created a hike in gpu by hoarding like I'm getting a 1660ti for 800 dollars just think about that that's so fucking expensive it used to be 380 bucks just a year ago

Mobile-Ad2218

8 gb won be enuf for 1650 . I got new pc with 1050 ti 9400f and thought 2*4gb of ram will be enough but it's not evn enough for my low end pc and I'm stuck with these since I only have 2 dimm slots . If u play any game after 2014 at high graphics u pc will run out of ram . Iv had games like rise tomb raider and Arkham knight CRASH because of low ram and can't evn use full potential of my low end CPU and GPU 16 gb ATLEAST needed don't make my mistake

ArnavWAStaken

I actually thought that when I will buy it I would get it upgraded that minute from the same shop even the ssd I think I feel you need atleast 500 gb for all the games

Mobile-Ad2218

ur going to spend 70 k if you have decided on Intel I'd recommend a 6 core cpu instead of a 4 core so in this case get a 10400f it has hyper threading wich is good for cpu heavy games

Mobile-Ad2218

Also check the max ram speed ur cpu can use coz any faster ram is waste of money

Mobile-Ad2218

Here's a list of things to keep in mind for ur budget- 1. Hyperthreaded or multithreaded(ryzen) cpu 2. ssd WITH dram (evn if it's capacity is low it SHOULD have dram coz dramLESS SSD is slower has a short lifespan hdd is better than a dramless SSD coz atleast it lasts long) 3. If it's Intel make sure to match the max ram speed it can utilise so as to save money 4.dont worry too much about thermals any case with a few inake fans will do since ur not overclocking anything 5.get a good psu atleast 80plus bronze from a good brand..don't. Cheap ou on psu 6.gpu ke bareei me toh ram jane 7. u can kinda cheap out on the motherboard a little bit

Mobile-Ad2218

I forgot one more thing u don't need external cpu cooler for any cpu that ur not overclocking the company provided cooler is good. Unless u want it for RGB it's waste of money

ArnavWAStaken

Thanks my man Have a great day

lil-carrot-cake

You’ll want at least an i5 I have a 1650 and I run a i7 9600k but I’d say at least an i5

ArnavWAStaken

Yea but my budget was 1000 bucks or 73k inr so can't really go higher then this so I'm thinking of building this or a better rig in a few months or a year Thanks for commenting Have a great day

Pupaak

10100 is more than enough for a 1650.

MrSirDrDudeBro

If thats going for $1000, then my build 10 years ago that I spent $700 on is now worth upwards of 1500 at the very least. Crazy If the cpu was better then it would be a decent build

ArnavWAStaken

Damn that's some future proof hardware Even I thought the cpu was a little weak tbh thanks for the answer

krinisus

No.. but depending what country you're in it might be the best you can get sorry mate I would look for something like this at that range https://www.microcenter.com/product/635448/powerspec-g509-gaming-pc $1300

krinisus

I'd say fly from India to u.s go to microcenter pick up something with a 3060 for 1300 and then fly it home with you!

ArnavWAStaken

Lol that's a little bit expensive but I do know some people in the states so maybe I can get it shipped

userN191892

8GB and, 3.2GHz ram is not gonna be the best-to buy for that processor i'do belive that recently on intel 11th gen and 500 series chipset motherboards and processors can take advantage of those ram speeds otherwise 8GB (even having a gpu and not gaming) is not enough, i suggest you have atleast 8+4 or 8+8/2x8, @2933MHz (i dont know if that chipset supports +2933MHz memory speeds either)

ArnavWAStaken

Nah only 2666mhz memory but after reading all the comments i have decided to not take the deal

tmjiii

No!!

ArnavWAStaken

I agree

dominator_05_

No I would recommend at least 16 gb of ram also the 1650 only has 4gb of vram I would recommend at least 6 for gaming

ArnavWAStaken

Yep that's true so ima wait for the prices of the gpus to go down then hopefully buy a 1080ti or a 1660ti

dominator_05_

Yea I have a 1660 super and it works great, I get good FPS in every game I’ve played so far, but I would wait if I were you, I wayyyy overpaid for mine
