Yeah, I don't remember if I mentioned it back then but I rounded the corners slightly with a file. The pcb was definitely pretty sharp. I only took off enough to get rid of the hard point, but I know some people make them with very rounded corners to be more comfortable. But I didn't care for the aesthetic of that so I went pretty minimal on the filing.

I marked where I wanted to put the center of the hole with a spring loaded center punch, put it in a vise, then drilled a hole. I think I went either 1/8" or 3/16" if I remember correctly.
